Exceptional, Exceptional, Exceptional This is a dream Villa! Everything about it is outstanding. One couldn’t ask for anything more! It just takes your breath away the instant you drive through the gate - it’s PARADISE - Well thought out, every room is gorgeous and the decor is superb and practical for being on the beach. The swimming pool is magnificent as is the proximity to the beach; literally steps away from our bedroom! Everything you see in these pics is 10 times better when you’re there! I’d like to thank the Staff: especially Namtam and her husband Sunny who were absolutely delightful, as was Malik (who shared her personal Thai breakfast with us which was much nicer than having boring croissants 😂 ) They were friendly, warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble! The lady Chef was lovely also. We absolutely loved them and the kindness they showed us ♥️ Genuinely….if you’re looking for something very, very special for you and your family, do yourself a massive favour and book Villa Sunsai right now and I guarantee you will remember the joy this Villa brings you all, for years to come….and the pics you take will be a reminder of the special beauty this place has!!! Great location close to night market, beach and pier. Also near restaurants, exchanges, taxi drivers.

We choose it because of location to pier as we had in early morning so we stay for 1 night. Of course room is small and it’s not for long stays but generally we knew about the size, for short stay it’s enough. Generally room is renovated, very clean and nice, you can find also everything what You need in room. So it’s very good vakue for money for sure.

This villa is just awesome! Super chill vibe, perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The best part? It’s literally, steps from the beach, and the sunset views are unreal! Felt totally recharged staying here. The host is so sweet and friendly, always ready to help out. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and it’s not too far from Nathon Pier, which made everything so easy. Totally recommend this place—love it!

the place is a dream vacation house, it is like a five star private hotel, the service was very good as welll. We did not wanna leave.

The staff were so attentive and kind, I felt really looked after. I loved the added bonus of the classes and the resort itself is intimate with only 20 villas. Beautiful place to stay and relax. Facilities good with private pools for each of the villas, a large communal pool overlooking the ocean, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness centre as well as rooftop aerial silk yoga studio with a view :)

The villa is exceptionally clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated with a warm and inviting vibe. It offers a prime view of Koh Samui’s breathtaking sunsets and the vibrant blue and turquoise waters during the day! There’s also amazing food and cocktails just next door. Our hosts were wonderful—they made our stay even better with their welcoming hospitality and impeccable service. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy making guests feel at home. They were always available to help with anything we needed and responded quickly to any questions or requests.

The hotel is wonderful! It is in no way 3 stars, but much more! The room has everything you need and more (several towels, tea, coffee, bar, water, hairdryer, safe, TV). On site you can rent a bike, order breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is perfectly done, the area is well maintained and clean. The hotel is in a quiet place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Pierre and Leila (hosts and keepers of the great mood in the hotel) thank you for your responsiveness and help in all matters, for a smile and willingness to help.

The room and balcony with swimming pool was huge for the price what was really nice and suprising. Lovely view as well. Super friendly staff at the lobby but also the guys that take you downstairs or bring you to the room with the golf carts were supreme!

Incredible location and top service. The wifi in my room wasn't working so they gave me a free upgrade and set their whole staff on the task to fix it. Gym was excellent with daily free classes and great location right at the beach. WOW super impressed, will return

It's the second time I've stayed here, it's amazing. View is amazing, room is amazing. The level of service is like a 5 star hotel. We had some snacks and our microwave was broken and within 15 minutes they brought in a new one to replace ours. And they even offered to go microwave our food for us in their kitchen while we waited, really amazing staff.

What can we say—we’ve truly lost our hearts here. This place is something very special. The beach, which you often have almost entirely to yourself, the lovingly furnished apartments, and above all the most wonderful hosts. We extended our stay twice and would come back anytime without hesitation. We wish you all the best for the future and are so grateful that we had the chance to get to know you.
