The place is very nice, clean and organized. Our host was very kind as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed everything about the Villa, great outdoor area with 2 pools which is great for children. The Villa itself is a modern design with plenty of space.

Well located, clean and spacious apartment. Kas is small, so everything was within walking distance. No swimming pool but nearest "small pebble beach" a few minutes walk away. Good, tasty breakfasts with daily variation. Very helpful staff. We arrived early and they accommodated us. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering.

Good territory, near to Lician way, friendly staff

We stayed for two weeks in this delightful property with excellent facilities including plenty of bathrooms. The children enjoyed the pool. Good location between both Oludeniz and Fethiye and very central to Hisaronou shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive when the need arose for example supplying us with a replacement kettle and toaster.

Everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always willing to aid where they can. The hotel is quite small but there is no noise around the place. The rooms are amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the place!

Property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and local to all amenities in hisaranu with just a short 5-10 minute walk. Host excellent and always contactable to make sure your stay is going well even having a new dishwasher installed for us to make our stay easier being a group of 7.

About room, we took room for garden view but room for not first floor, ground floor, smell very bad, humidity.

Easy access to restaurants and bars. 15 min walk to the main strip. Large well equipped villa. Large enough for 8 people.

Lovely clean well maintained apartments, 2 beautiful pools, excellent quiet location yet 5 minutes stroll from the hustle and bustle. Ang, Oz and Sevak couldn’t have been anymore friendly and welcoming. Loved it.

Everything! Pool was cleaned everyday which was amazing. Graat location as in the middle of both Olundiz beach & Fethieye so can bus / taxi everywhere easily.

Nice location with views of mountain, the host Caner was exceptional nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was comfortable and kitchen equipped with anything you would need.i have stayed in many apartments in the area over the last 13 years and this was one of the best.also the price was reasonable.i Co set up a hotel reservation agency in London called 1st stop reservations 29 years ago so know just a bit about hospitality and accomodation and that's why I gave this review a 10 I would have no reservations about returning here and in fact will probably be returning mid February
