Great location and price. Parking on premises. Nice double shower and balcony.

The rénovations were beautiful so clean i have stayed there for years the changes are great

So clean. So comfortable. It was two friends so the king bed was perfect. The view was amazing. The pool was so clean! We also also enjoyed having the restaurant and lounge downstairs. We are local but going to the Casino and wanted to walk. Location is perfect for that. Enjoyed coffee and a morning walk right across the street. The staff were helpful and professional yet kind enough to spare a moment for a person who needed that kindness. A++++

The staff was excellent and very accommodating

The place couldn't have been more perfect especially for its location and price. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the water pressure was good 👍 Was perfect walking distance from the Casino Ballroom which was great for a late night out.

It was my second year staying at this hotel, its not that far from the beach, easy walking distance and the prices in my opinion are great.

Access to beach. Parking was close enough and nice view.

The room was perfect. We stayed on the ground floor in a super modern room. The TV was huge, so was the bed (king size) and the bathroom was super clean. There was even a little kitchen which we did not use. Went to Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom which was only a couple of minutes away by foot.

Tides is an older style motel, however the rooms have been renovated not too long ago by the looks of it. Was spotlessly clean. For one night it was comfortable and being one block from the beach was great.

I'm giving 100% , excellent in every way. I can not fault anything about it , staff were super friendly, service brilliant, our family suite was super clean and equipped with all our needs. The location was excellent , across the road from 395 Ocean Boulevard is the Beach . Short trip to all facilities / restaurants/shops, ect, on the main Hampton Beach Strip. We will definitely be back again 😊👍

The room was nice and the location was amazing. It sits right on the boardwalk overlooking the beach. And so much to to do and see all within walking distance of the hotel.

Location is 2 blocks from the beach, and convenient to bars and restaurants on the beach front.

The check in was easy. The place was so close to the beach and activities. The room was clean.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Beautful clean pool. Very comfy beds and bedding. Nice TV. Great in-room coffee machines and a handy fridge and microwave. Perfectly situated to walk to the main beach area, shops, restaurants, arcades, bars, etc. Plenty of nice shady, covered parking spots.

This is a typical motel on the coast in New-England. The separate 2 bedrooms were appreciated. The AC was efficient and consist of a window unit in the living room and a portable unit in one of the bedrooms (the second bedroom does not have any). Parking is free and not crowed. The location is great. Literally a very short walk to the boardwalk, beach, bars, restaurants and other activities. Sami the manager was never very far if assistance was required.

Oceanfront location is always a bonus. It was quite comfortable, and I was happy with my stay. If I could, I would live there during the off season.
