If I could give 12 stars out of 10, this place would have it immediately. Attentive staff, clean and tidy spaces, superb logistics and great breakfast selection are some points that stood out. The staff makes your stay perfect by providing excellent service and such a detail as providing you a cold towel upon your arrival was much appreciated. Everyone from the receptionist to the restaurant staff and drivers were so kind and helpful that I will not forget about this experience for a long time.

This place is not to be missed. I have been travelling constantly since 2010 and booked countless accommodations, and this one is right up there ❤️ I stayed in a dormitory, but once outside, it felt like I was in a hotel, albeit with a backpacker vibe. There is a fabulous rooftop pool with a decent bar and restaurant. Every single member of staff is both courteous and friendly.

First and foremost, I like Chumnit, the receptionist who takes care of the guests for any enquiries, from A to Z. Travelling to Koh Rong was easy thanks to him. Second the location beats nothing as Pagoda Beach is a private beach, saves from unwanted noise and distraction. We had a good time staying on the Resort as well as on the beach. Also, we like The One Cafe (next door cafe) - excellent ambience to dine in both during day and night.

What an amazing experience !!! Just two words : perfect and magic . Iva the owner , Laurent the manager and his staff were so kind . They definitely understand what hospitality is about . Moreover Kho long is a pure paradise , especially the west coast beaches . Overwhelmed paradise !!!
