An absolute gem in the heart of Siem Reap! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ​I recently spent two nights at Serenity Home, and I can honestly say it was the highlight of my trip. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. ​Why I loved it: ​The Incredible Staff: I have rarely encountered a team so genuinely warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family rather than just a guest. ​Obsessive Attention to Detail: Everything in this boutique hotel is curated with care. From the beautiful decor to the small personal touches in the room, it’s clear they truly care about the guest experience. ​Peaceful Atmosphere: As the name suggests, it is a true "Serenity Home." It’s the perfect place to recharge after a long day of exploring the temples at Angkor Wat. ​Everything went incredibly well during my stay. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and authentic Cambodian hospitality, look no further. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is an exceptional hotel; it was my favorite hotel of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It is hard to put into words how magical this property is! From the moment we arrived we could see we were in for a treat. The staff were very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was beautifully furnished with mid-century furniture, and the bathroom featured a lovely long bench so there was plenty of room for our bathroom stuff. We liked the art and interesting decorations in the room. The public areas are nicely laid out with room for everyone, and I loved the beautiful floor tiles! The pool was of a generous size and the loungers comfortable. Everywhere you look you can see the care and attention to detail put into making this hotel so special. The food and drinks in the restaurant were tasty and we absolutely loved the cocktails. It has been said before in other posts, but it is worth mentioning again that what sets this hotel far apart from others is the sensational service. All staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable and managed to combine this with a sense of truly caring for their guests, and it always felt genuine. We would love to come back one day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The accommodation is inside Kesararam temple which made our staying an experience in itself. The room is big, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is huge, very good hot shower. The Wi-Fi worked great so we were able to work one day from the accommodation without any trouble. The owners are amazing, they treated us with complimentary drinks and fruits. We also did our laundry there, very cheap and good service. We really recommend this place!

Super helpful staff, they helped us easily organise and customize one day to the Kulen mountain with excellent driver Thy who was a great driver. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel and the pool are fantastic. Great location yet quiet and relaxing.

The hosts were wonderful, always there to help and spoiling me with rice cakes and other delicacies. Ask for January as your tuk tuk driver / guide. He knows everything about Battambang and will take you on a discovery tour of the area. Really worth it!

The staff was amazing ! Extremely helpful and kind. The atmosphere was so cozy. I loved the care for details from the refreshing towels to welcome you each time you get back to the hotel to the beautiful flowers on the table. Amazing !

This place is absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with spending your time here. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the amenities are fantastic. It truly was hard to leave

The hosts were wonderful and so helpful in assisting us with any queries we had regarding tours and transport and allowed us to check out late as our sleeper bus was at 11pm; the food available was lovely and affordable and the rooms were cleaned daily.
