Hotels in Cambodia

I almost never leave a review but now I had to. I have never in my life stayed at a more welcoming, helpfull and lovely hotel as this one. This was by far the best hotel in my whole 3 month trip in SEA. The owner and everyone else were the literal best. Made sure we had breakfast to go for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. Let us do late check out and even then still made sure we could shower in a room in the evening. You can feel the love this family has for their hotel and guests. No doubt that if I ever go back to Siem Reap that this is where I will stay again. And besides everything I said is this also such an insane clean hotel. Paradise in the amazing Siem Reap. Book and enjoy.

Staff were super friendly, the hotel is beautifully decorated with considerable thought to design etc. We took 2 guided tours and the guide was superb - the hotel also does a quality questionnaire on the guide so they can make sure they use good ones. Room was large and very nicely decorated. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant are great.

Awesome host/owner, Heng. Best in hospitality and genuine concern for guests! I loved it that the access is through a very active temple and I got to see locals observing their religious activities.

Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without it feeling forced. The whole place is really well run and everything just felt easy and comfortable. The rooms were spotless every day and had a lovely fresh smell (with an essential oil smell), which I really liked. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great too. It’s also a really quiet hotel, which made a big difference for me as I’m quite sensitive to noise. The pool area was a highlight, and a nice touch was Mr. Phy coming around with a cold ginger and honey drink, plus staff offering chilled towels whenever you arrived. Just small things, but they made it feel that bit more special. As I write this, Pheareak has just brought me a full Cinnamon juice and a cold towel to cool myself down from the million degree heat! Thank you so much Jungle Hotel, you are amazing!

Wow! This was such a gem! The highlight was the incredible hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They really made you feel welcome! It was a high value for money. If you’re reading this comment and they have availability for when you’re there, book it!

A cosy hotel with the nicest staff - they’ve been so welcoming and helpful. The room are spacious, beautiful bathtub, and chic black aesthetic.

This is a good project to help the community and one of the reasons I stayed there. It really feels like a family. Staff was really nice and helpful, and arranged our transfer from and to the airport. Room was clean, big and spacious. There are toiletries in the toilet. We didn't realize there is a switch on the toilet for hot water so in the first day we had cold shower :p Do pay attention to the red switch by the sink. The hotel has 2 pools, one by the entrance, and another on the rooftop on the other building. On the other side of the pool there's an area where you can enjoy the sunset. Really nice vibes. It has a restaurant that serves an à la carte breakfast with some options for you to choose, including eggs benedict. Location is not in the city center but they have tuk tuk at 1USD from the hotel, and you can request to be picked up a few hours later. They also organize tours of the temples that you can personalize.

If you’re looking for a small tropical paradise just 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk from the city center, The Nature is the perfect choice. What an incredibly peaceful and relaxing place! Spacious rooms, a stunning slate pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden, and exceptionally friendly staff make this hotel a gem. Everything, including excursions, is arranged with a smile. A fantastic recommendation at an affordable price.

Everything. The traditional Khmer architecture and the lush garden give the feeling you’re in the jungle. Spotless clean and huge room with the most relaxing ambience I felt in SE Asia. But the true gem of the stay was the staff: from the reception, to the bar and restaurant and the driver I had, they all had a genuine smile on their eyes. Their service was top and I’m grateful to all of them.

Beautiful and calm place and room to stay in Cambodia. The host was very friendly and helpful and washed my clothes for me as I was backpacking. You get a lot for what you pay.
