I almost never leave a review but now I had to. I have never in my life stayed at a more welcoming, helpfull and lovely hotel as this one. This was by far the best hotel in my whole 3 month trip in SEA. The owner and everyone else were the literal best. Made sure we had breakfast to go for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. Let us do late check out and even then still made sure we could shower in a room in the evening. You can feel the love this family has for their hotel and guests. No doubt that if I ever go back to Siem Reap that this is where I will stay again. And besides everything I said is this also such an insane clean hotel. Paradise in the amazing Siem Reap. Book and enjoy.

It was a short stay but very pleasurable! From the welcome to the ladies at Reception (sorry I forgot their names), the Spa team, beautiful gardens and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, organized and well trained the team was. They took very good care of us even for such a quick visit and the food was yummy. They were even able to provide an extra room last minute without a long waiting time. I wish we had more time to spend by the pool and just relax. They even packed breakfast for us for an early morning trip to Angkor Wat which was perfect. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, a short walk away from pub street in a quiet location.
The owner, Heng, is so helpful! He contacted me to organise a transfer from the airport a few days in advance of our stay and he was always quick to reply to any messages I sent. He was really helpful with suggestions on where to eat, what to do and where to go. He organised a driver to take us to Angkor Wat for sunset and sunrise and gave us a fair price so we never felt we had to haggle.
We were greeted with cold towels, fresh fruit and tea/coffee every time we returned to the hotel, which was such a nice touch.
Finally we were getting a night bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh at 10pm, Heng kept our luggage for us during the day when we checked out and provided a shower and changing room for us before we left. Also offering us refreshments even though we had checked out.
Heng is so kind, helpful and really hospitable. Would definitely recommend you stay here

Very good stay, excellent service from the first minute. Welcome drink and fruit plate, room upgrade, personal introduction to the hotel and it's spirit (which is based on charitable projects that get supported with the profit of the hotel as a business and establishing a community).
beds were very comfy and the free waffles and tea in the afternoon were tasty. Hotel has an attractive spot between the city and Angkor temples. Pool was just great to relax in. We also had dinner one night and really liked it. Staff is extraordinary and helpful in every situation. don't hesitate to ask your questions and use the support of the community of the people behind this hotel to make your stay unforgettable and flawless.

The Ankor Heart Private Bungalows are a true oasis amidst the bustling energy of Siem Reap. The bungalows are clean and it’s simply wonderful to have a private pool all to yourself. The hotel staff go above and beyond, always attentive, friendly and spoiling guests with thoughtful little touches. At times, it felt almost like having a personal butler service. We felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed and we are still amazed by the kindness and warmth of the people there.
We wish the hotel staff all the best and hope for many guests who will appreciate their outstanding service as much as we did.

Everything was excellent! From the time we arrive from the airport with our accomodating driver,to the way they welcome us to the hotel and the ambiance is superb! Thier service is one of a kind, always smiling and ready to help. Our tour also was under them and we enjoy our 2 days tour to different temple amd angkor wat.
