We had a great time at the Caravan Hotel. The location is central and the room was large and gorgeous with incredible views over the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful. The pool area was the perfect place to watch the sun go down. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Aquarius twice during our stay in Cambodia. Once we stayed 4 nights and once just a single night as a stopover. Both times were great. The hotel is clean and we like the style. The bed was very comfortable for us. It is on the firmer side, which is our preference. We slept really well. We didn't hear any loud noise or voices from the next-door rooms. We had the breakfast every morning. It has an a well stocked buffet with good variety and quality. There is also a rotating menu to pick from as part of the price. The breakfast set us up so well for the day that we sometimes didn't need lunch. The staff are ready to help at any moment. They had answers to any of our questions and helped us to book a bus after a last minute cancellation. The staff is also very friendly and made us feel very welcome, both times. The rooftop bar and pool are both excellent. We had cocktails a couple of nights at sunset. Great view of the city and good prices (plus a 2-for-1 happy hour). We spent some time in the infinity pool, which was a great way to cool down after a hot day in the city. The location is just off a main road but our room was quiet. No traffic or other noises to disrupt our sleep. There is no doubt that this is where we'd want to stay if we're back in Phnom Penh.

A wonderful quiet boutique hotel in the middle of a lush garden with two pools. Our spacious room was right next to the swimming pool in the courtyard. The staff at reception and the pool bar were friendly and attentive. Breakfast has to be ordered from the menu, it was plentiful and tasty. Location was ideal - 10 minutes walk to National Museum and Royal Palace.

Breakfast was simple, but on the lovely roof top so great view. The happy hour rooftop situation was just so pleasant every time, and the fun hot tubs on the roof. Staff were incredible and sweet. I ended up in a fantastically large room that was practical and cozy, bathrooms simple and clean. They also have a large pool on ground floor and a brilliant little gym. Overall it was a lovely place and it is also located in a great area and has an incredible view day or night.

All staff I encountered (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning)were amazing and would do anything possible to fulfil requests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed great water pressure and reliable wifi. The highlight was probably the huge bedroom window overlooking the hotel gardens and river - a fantastic sight to wake to.

We nearly didn't visit Phnom Penh but glad that we did.

We nearly didn't visit Phnom Penh but glad that we did. It was nice visiting the local markets, we especially liked the Russian Market where you could buy local craft. We enjoyed a fresh mango juice to quench our thirst. The tuk-tuks are everywhere and everyone should go on one at least once for the thrill and experience. Easiest way of navigating Phnom Penh otherwise you have to download Grab and book a taxi. We visited the Killing Fields. It was deeply moving, we will never forget. The locals are all very welcoming. We ate a couple of times in our hotel and also at a local restaurant.

Phnom Penh was the location I knew the least about before...

Phnom Penh was the location I knew the least about before our trip, and it exceeded our expectations, from the Killing Fields museum to the Royal Palace, to the Russian and Central markets; this city really delivered. The food, the energy, everything were delightful. I would definitely come back.
