Caravan hotel absolutely knocked it out of the park for us as the last stretch in our Cambodia trip after a couple of weeks backpacking: the beds are so comfortable, the showers are the best we’ve had in Cambodia, the breakfast buffet is a feast, and their rooftop pool is such a nice place to lounge. Special mention to the kindness of the staff, with a special +++ mention for the team of the Skybar. I felt so relaxed I extended my stay. Thank you so much!

Quiet and peaceful hotel in an excellent location (close by palace, riverfront, independence square, with a little paradise of a garden. The staff was all super friendly and helpful, throughout our 6-day stay. Room was clean, and nicely designed. Access to a second (rooftop) pool of the sister hotel (Penh house) a few doors down is a big plus.

Really nice staff, the guy at the reception (I forgot his name) was amazing. He upgraded our room and made sure everything was nice. He also gave us wonderfull tips to see in the city. The pool had an amazing view and the best food we had in Cambodia.

What a beautiful oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh! Perfectly central and walkable to most attractions, yet spacious, cool and like stepping into another world. We had a lovely dinner at their Mealea restaurant which was reasonably priced, the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of eastern and western foods, and delicious coffees. The pool is an absolute dream and so welcome after a long hot day exploring the city.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.

We had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern and well-equipped facilities. Our room was stylish and comfortable and felt impeccably clean and new. The breathtaking view overlooking the BKK area, the Royal Palace, and the river was an absolute highlight, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Beyond the excellent amenities which are a credit to staff and management, what truly made our experience special was the warm and high quality service. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, working together seamlessly to ensure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. We especially want to commend Chamnan, Lily, Pattya, Dara, and Sophea for their exceptional hospitality – each of them contributed in their role to make our time at Capri by Fraser most enjoyable. Bliss and serenity, a comfortable oasis from the rather oppressive heat of the city. It is clear that this hotel and its dedicated team have a bright future in this competitive market. We only had two nights and could easily have stayed for...

We only had two nights and could easily have stayed for three just to absorb the vibe. We did an evening city tour by tuk tuk which was fantastic - the city centre is beautiful by night. It is a large city and a lot of high rise development surrounds the city centre. Staying in the centre means a more atmospheric experience; there are great restaurants and visiting the museums to learn more of the history of the Pol Pot era is sombre. We enjoyed Phnom Penh - we found the people very welcoming and friendly, customer service was exceptional and the energy was fantastic.

We nearly didn't visit Phnom Penh but glad that we did.

We nearly didn't visit Phnom Penh but glad that we did. It was nice visiting the local markets, we especially liked the Russian Market where you could buy local craft. We enjoyed a fresh mango juice to quench our thirst. The tuk-tuks are everywhere and everyone should go on one at least once for the thrill and experience. Easiest way of navigating Phnom Penh otherwise you have to download Grab and book a taxi. We visited the Killing Fields. It was deeply moving, we will never forget. The locals are all very welcoming. We ate a couple of times in our hotel and also at a local restaurant.

Phnom Penh was the location I knew the least about before...

Phnom Penh was the location I knew the least about before our trip, and it exceeded our expectations, from the Killing Fields museum to the Royal Palace, to the Russian and Central markets; this city really delivered. The food, the energy, everything were delightful. I would definitely come back.
