hotel is fairly new, and so very clean and shiny. the beds were very soft and amenities in room were perfect. AC worked and toiletries in bathroom. robes and slippers provided. pool and roof top views fantastic, pool towels also provided which was great added touch. we arrived extremely early in the morning from a late night coach, the young man on reception was super sweet, polite and helped to see if we could check in to our room early. which we could. a little walk from the main hub but plenty of food and shops in immediate area and lots of chill space in the plaza opposite. great hotel would stay again.

This place was great. The first room I was offered was perhaps a little tucked away on the ground floor, and I was concerned about noise from the pool (as I needed a really early night/was jetlagged). That said they found a bigger room at a very reasonable upgrade price on the top floor which was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and they happily kept a bag for me on my day of departure. Overall I was a very, very satisfied customer.

Beautiful hotel with a spectacular location for those looking to explore Phnom Peh. The staff is extremely kind and will always greet you with a smile. They offer an Asian breakfast option which I recommend you to try both the fried noddles and the soup. Other than that the breakfast is awesome and any comments suggesting otherwise are crazy. Finally, you get an amazing view from the roof top swimming pool.

The staff were incredible. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast is such a feast - I could eat something different everyday even if I stayed at the hotel for 10 days! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hotel is walking distance to the historic centre and the views are gorgeous. The swimming pool was also very nice, especially after a whole day of touring around the city. I loved my stay - thank you to everyone who made it so great!

It is difficult to exaggerate what an important part this hotel played in my life over the last week. While staying, my wife became ill, the management recommends a hospital and provided a driver. Day after day, as I was staying there alone, they expressed genuine concern and have kept in touch since. It was like having a hotel family! And, I couldn’t have been stranded in a better place - comfortable environment, great food!

Phnom Penh is a friendly, chaotic, dirt poor country.

Phnom Penh is a friendly, chaotic, dirt poor country. Pavement is mostly uneven and it is difficult to walk on the sidewalks because they are covered by motorbikes and street stalls. Tuck tucks are in abundance and are are a cheap, reliable form of transport, as is the 'Grab' App for cars. We visited Phnom Penh because we are particularly interested in the history of the country and was emotionally moved our tour of the Killing Fields and the Genocide Museum.
