The rooms were nice and clean. We had a double room and a family room for 4 people, the latter had 2 separate bedrooms with a connecting door. That was very nice.
The staff was very friendly, the restaurant/bar area was cozy. The breakfast was good and there was a choice of different types of breakfast.
The tuk tuk drivers were very helpful. The price for renting a tuk tuk for the small or large tour at Angkor Wat was very reasonable and in my opinion no different than outside the hotel. The pick-up and drop-off service to the city center was also very nice.
Through the hotel we also arranged the pick-up from the airport (40 usd) and also the ride to Phnom Penh. Since there were 6 of us, we booked a private minivan for this (120 usd). For the latter I could not find a cheaper one. The driver was very friendly and drove calmlly. On your way to Phnom Penh, we recommend a stop about halfway at Santuk Silk Farm, where you can have a nice lunch and see the entire silk production process up close.

Beautiful peaceful hotel in the centre of Siem Reap, close to Pub Street but on a quiet street with nice, cheap restaurant options. The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, even organising a tuktuk to pick us up for free. Rom was a fantastic tuktuk driver - make sure you organise any trips with him. The room was comfortable and the pool was nice and relaxing. Amazing value for money. Wifi was strong.

Siem Reap is a beautiful city and the people are even more beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and smiles - gives you the time of day and if you’re in a rush they understand and don’t bother you.
The Ankgor Wat temples are unbelievable, it truly is a honor to be able to visit them and believe it is definitely something for everyone to visit, whether you like history or not.
The town itself has so much to do and offer. The local food is delicious and the city centre has something for everyone.
I truly hope tourism picks up for Cambodia because it truly is such a wonderful country with wonderful people.
Put Siem Reap on your travel bucket list because it exceeded our expectations dramatically.

We are older travellers and went to see the sights primarily. All the tours we took to view Angkor Wat and the other temples, the Floating Village, the War Museum, the National Museum, and the Killing Fields Museum were very good. The Night life was vibrant with the street markets and food stalls.
The locals (we dealt with) were very friendly, honest, gentle and everyone worked. We avoided the non food stalls after a while as they all same the same sorts of stuff and we were continually pestered with "You want to buy..." . We learned just to say "No" and keep walking.
The food stalls offered an exciting array of foods and drinks, all very cheaply.
The fresh food markets out of the city proper are a sight , and smell, to behold and a must see. The fish section in particular is one not to miss. Need to get there early to see the best views.
All in all a great place to visit, even with the hot humid climate.

Siem Reap would be good for a 3 to 4 nights stay, Then you can do the bigger circuit of Angkor. If you love history and historical places, Angkor is really wonderful. The town of Siem Reap itself is quite clean and well maintained. It is a bit touristy, but that's it's main source of income.
Plenty of eateries, particularly the Pub Street area. But if you are there in summer or monsoon, be aware that most of the restaurants are not having Air con. So you have weather the humidity. Lot of local crafts to buy and they are very reasonably priced. Local specialty being the leather Art creations, which you find in many shops and you can see the artisans working on their craft.
Finally, must say, the people of Cambodia are so courteous and so friendly. Ever smiling people and always happy to help.

Siem Reap is a bit more expenssive than other placess in Kambodia, but worth to visit. We took the 3 day ticket for Ankor Wat as it is impossible to check it all in one day, but after 2 days of exploring we had enough. We also visited national musem whitch seemed expenssive to us, though it had a lot to offer, but we didn't want to stay there half of the day so we skipped some parts.
We also visited the city on the water, just get a TukTuk to drive you there.
Market was also a good thing to visit.
The hotel is located in the center of Siem Reap, near Pub Street and a lot of spas and restaurants, yet it is very quiet.
The pool is big enough to even spend a relaxing day there, a lot of plants create a nice atmosphere.
Mr. Phy and all of his colleagues were very kind and helpful, a problem regarding the door of our room was fixed within five minutes.
amazing hotel, we have been 4 years ago and we was very pleased with it last time so was so glad to be able to come back to the same hotel. right in the centre of siem reap, near pub street and obviously Angkor Wat. definitely recommend this place. the staff are very friendly and the housekeepers are amazing they do great work.
Wonderful hotel in the middle of Siem Reap. Near pub street but still quiet. Great design from the outside. Wonderful pool. Fantastic friendly people working at the hotel, so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic (3 options to choose from) and also the coffee. Free water every day and the air con worked fine.
This resort is beautiful - one of our best hotel stays in Siem Reap. Cambodians are the most courteous and friendly people we've had the pleasure to meet.
