1. Staff at the front office and the dinning area were excellent we checked in at 1 AM SUPER experience. Moreover everyone was speaking English which was very helpful. 2 Every room has an independent router for Wi-Fi at least my room had. 3 Breakfast was very well made and presented. 4 The pool was super clean

We loved our stay at the Satta villa. It was really great value for money, and the staff were fantastic. We had a later flight, and since no one had booked the villa the next night, they let us stay at the property until 4pm then booked us airport transfer to come and pick us up! It was extremely accomodating and ideal.

Very nice and friendly staff, you could ask them for everything. Awesome little Villa with a private pool with shower on the rooftop. Very comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast (very good) has 4 options, 2 continental and 2 Asian. You can order tasty lunch/dinner from a nearby Khmer Restaurant or ask the hotel drivers to bring you in 5 minutes to Town (Pub street/All cheers street/etc). A 7eleven-Store is on the next corner, just 2 min by walk. Different Tours can be organized by the hotel for a very fair amount. Hotel is between city center and Angkor, Angkor Ticket Office is very close. Special thanks to Poy, my TukTuk driver all the days, who brought me to the best temples at Angkor and took very good care of me offering lots of cold drinks while on tour and telling interesting facts about Angkor and Siem Reap. And of course to Rhina and her staff too for everything! You are the best and I would like to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mantra Nivesha Hotel in Cambodia, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff, made us feel instantly welcomed. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in the decor created an inviting atmosphere. The well-maintained facilities, including the pool and dining area, provided a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the Cambodian people. The locals, both within the hotel and in the surrounding community, were incredibly kind and gracious. Whether it was receiving local recommendations from the staff or interacting with locals during our explorations, every encounter left us with a positive impression of the genuine warmth that defines Cambodian hospitality. We would highly recommend Hotel MV to anyone seeking not only a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also an opportunity to experience the wonderful hospitality of the Cambodian people. It's a truly enriching experience that goes beyond typical hotel accommodations. The highlight of our stay was going on a 6 hour motorbike tour exploring the countryside surrounding Siem Reap!

Staff are fantastic. The kids pool, for our ten grandchildren was a tremendous hub of activity. The morning breakfast, with 3 cooks available was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, although we had a full 5 bedroom apartment so you needed to climb a lot of stairs. The grounds are lush and well kept with a feel of calmness around the place. The kids activities were loved by all (2 to 11) grandchildren.

I travel frequently and have stayed in many places across numerous countries, but this could truly be one of the best experiences. The family is very kind, respectful and went far beyond what was expected, arrangied a good tuk-tuk driver for me. Their daughters are intelligent, speak excellent English and made communication very easy. Altogether, they gave a wonderful and genuine impression of Siem Reap. Highly recommended!

The best hotel during my trip in Cambodia. We loved the location, very calm and at a strategic middle way betweeen Angkor Wat site and Seam Reap city center. The knindess of the staff will pamper you and the swimming pool sourrounded by a reach vegetation will relax you after a full day at the wonderful archaelogical sites.Great value for money. We will come back.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The service overall was excellent, and everything was well-organized. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay! We like Cambodia and people there.

It is located in a quiet place not far from the tourist streets, just 10 minutes by tuk-tuk. The pool is available, not large but relaxing and comfortable. Tea, coffee are free of charge any time of the day.

Great value, quiet, friendly staff. It’s a little outside the center of town, but on the way to Angkor Wat. Just a 10 minute tuktuk ride into town.

Great location and facilities but the best feature was the staff who were all amazing. Desk staff and pool waiting staff couldn’t have been nicer. So welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Siem Reap. Fantastic.

Beautifully set in spectacular gardens

This place is absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with spending your time here. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the amenities are fantastic. It truly was hard to leave

The room was very spacious with a lovely pool view. The staff were really great and they have the sweetest ginger cat. It was just the weekend away that I was looking for!
