The family that runs the Fish Island bungalows is wonderful. They were so helpful with arrangements to go to the border and tours of pepper farm and Kep for crab. We felt so welcome here! They provided some rides into town and a free 1 hour tour of fish island. The bungalows are very charming and natural. We also liked the room with AC where we stayed our second night. The fan in the bungalow also worked well for cooling. We enjoyed the breakfast on offer too. The property is very nicely maintained with gardens and trees.

Location is best possible for Kampot, staff was responsive and cleaned our room a second time when we pointed out while checking in, that there was a strong musty smell and a few lizards inside the room. Since kampot city does not have good options this hotel is one of the best there. Also quite value for money. The staff was quite nice to offer a complimentary breakfast for both of us on the check-out day due to the initial issues of musty smell and lizards in the room while checking in.

Everything, beautifully renovated, huge room, we had a balcony overlooking the salt workers roundabout but the room was spacious and quiet. Great Airconditioning. Generous beautifully presented breakfast. Reception helped organise our bus and ferry tickets after our stay and we were leaving for Kep, we had nearly given up that part of our trip when it got too complex.The bus also picked us up at the hotel, very grateful for that. Centrally located, short walk to the river.

When we arrived we were early and the hotel upgraded us at no charge rather than have us wait for the cleaning staff. The rooms are very well appointed, and while the beds are a bit hard, they are Asian standard. The hotel is new and well kept and because of this we decided to stay for an additional week. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good as most things are within easy walking distance or local tuk tuks are easily hailed.

unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy as much I would have to, because we have to cut the trip short. when I checked out, the lady at the front desk was very nice and only charged me for just one night, even though I was thinking that she was going to charge me for two nights. She was very helpful with a great smile. The next time I’m in Kampot, we are planning to stay at the hotel.

The staff at this family run guesthouse were very welcoming, helpful, and efficient and will organise tours, laundry, transport, etc. The room was big, immaculately clean with a comfortable large bed. The air con was great and hot showers on tap. Breakfast was also excellent. It's a short walk into town over the bridge, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

The Onederz hotel/hostels are good value and kampot has the best swimming pool. All drinks and food are great value also. There are not really any comparable places for clean modern at reasonable price in Cambodia so they can get busy. Seem to attract more individual travellers than the large groups of some hostels.

Lovely hosts and staff, always catering to your needs. Very friendly with lots of information on the area and beyond. Easy to rent a scooter which is helpful if you want to get in and out of town. Kayaking on the river is a lovely free way to see the area. Sunrise is gorgeous from the riverside deck. Lovely quiet area.

Helpful stuff with good english skills. Ask the friendly night guard if you need a nice tuctuc driver, by day he drives you to the pepper farms or Kep. From the hotel it's quick by foot in the city center and the river with shops, restaurants or bars. The area of the hotel is quiet, everything in the room worked.

New and luxurious hotel in Kampot. Place feels like a tranquil rainforest and the staff is helpful and friendly in any way. The manager gave us a warm welcome and we would definitely come back here. Rooms are large and the beds sleep lovely. To the town center its only 5 minutes with a tuktuk.

The hotel has been recently built so everything js new and super clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly with a good level of english. The location is nice but a bit far from town however the ladys working can arrange for motobike hire and or call for a tuktuk.

We paid for breakfast, but they had good options to choose from and it was value to money. View from the room was amazing as we stayed at one of the water bungalow villas. There was free parking at the hotel which was very reasonable for us as we had our own vehicle

William is a great host, very helpful and attentive. Very very quiet and safe place, even if in the center of Kampot. Food there is delicious and pretty cheap. Kids loved Netflix on a huge tv in the room, and the mini golf In the hotel.

Stayed here just one night but fell in love with the place, wish I could stay longer but had a flight booked. Cozy bungalow backpackers vibe, nice bar and restaurant. Look no further, this is the place to stay in Kampot.

the river is heaven you feel like your on a cruise! don’t expect too much from the bathroom tho it is private. bed was cozy and staff lovely. about 15min on Tuk Tuk from kampot - don’t miss seeing Kep for crab too!

Very good low cost hotel in very convenient location. Comfortable bed and bedding. Desk for eating and working. Helpful staff, nice family run place. One of the owners kept giving me different fruit to try!

Great stay! Hotel Old Cinema is beautiful and comfortable and run by the NICEST people. The breakfast is delicious and the location perfect. highly recommend!
