Everything was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were incredibly respectful and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere in the lobby is charming, creating a perfect first impression. Our room was immaculately clean, and the facilities worked flawlessly throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast options. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat, as was the enjoyable experience in the thermal pool indoors. However, the unavailability of the spa area due to renovations was a disappointment, as we were looking forward to that aspect of our stay. Also, the dinner at the hotel restaurant was delightful. Another plus was the free and spacious parking, very convenient. We would gladly return once the spa renovations are complete, hoping for an even more perfect stay next time.

Very modern and good size room with adequate balcony, the bathroom was very nice, the tv was big and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was included in price with many choices. The bed was a bit hard but ok in general.
