Never before have I encountered such impeccable service in a hotel. From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.
