Our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The host (Manni) made us feel so welcome from before we even arrived, with prompt replies to messages we sent. He quickly showed us the equipment we could either hire (at a very reasonable cost) such as e-mountain bikes, or borrow for free (e-scooters and paddle boards). We wanted to try lots of things so this was perfect for us! The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with stunning views! There was a coffee machine and breakfast items which could be purchased at a reasonable cost, and a communal lounge area where other drinks etc could be purchased and games could be enjoyed. It was my birthday while we stayed and Manni gave me an Austrian prosecco and wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We were really sad to leave here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Seehotel Einwaller - adults only can be found right at the Achen lake at the foothills of the Karwendel mountains in Pertisau. The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

Highly recommended!

The home was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and its location—close to the ski area and a beautiful lake—made it perfect for a family getaway.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need – whether you’re there to relax or work remotely. The internet connection was stable and fast, which made it easy to stay productive during the day. The surrounding area is stunning, with breathtaking lake and mountain views that you can enjoy right from the balcony. It’s a peaceful, quiet environment, yet close enough to everything you might need. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and inspiring place to stay – especially if you need to combine work with leisure.

The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony to enjoy the views. Location right next to the lake and also with restaurants around as well as some shops. Breakfast was good as well.
