The hotel is lovely designed, very clean, and the staff is absolutely professional and friendly. Great choice with family with little kids also.

Super emplacement , les infrastructures sont vraiment top , le SPA est vraiment top , sauna (2) , hammam, piscine intérieur avec jaccuzi, et salle d halothérapie, Une salle de fitness dernier cri ,etc. Le tout à volonté était plus que correct pour le prix , différent chaques jours ...

The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. I got all of the above and more. The owner and the lady that take care of the place are just...incredible! Apart from being such warm and kind people, they went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need at any time ❤ The room is literally less than 5 minute away from the beach on foot, nice and cool even without the AC on, the bed is huuuuge and soooo confortable. I had the best sleep ever, and it is very quiet even during the day. You cand find a supermarket 5 minutes away that has pretty much...everything, amazing restaurants for everyone's taste and all kind of shops, also in 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER! THANK YOU VILLA CHAIKA, FOR MAKING MY TRIP TO BALCIK ONE TO REMEMBER ❤
