HOSTS The lodge is run by a local family, Alicia, her husband, and their child, and all of them are super attentive hosts, always there for you if something additional is needed. LOCATION The lodge is ideally located in what is called "the town", so you'll be close not only to the best-ranked restaurants, but also to many stores where you can get from snacks to fruits and vegetables. It has a stunning view, which literally leaves you speechless, and yes, it's worth every step you climb to get up there (believe us, you'll appreciate staying there!) From here, you'll be able to start trekking to the north, and to the Pilkokaina temple, skipping the first challenging climbing if staying around the port, and if you like exploring, there are many hills in the surroundings to visit with unbelievable views, which are not commonly visited. An additional plus: you're a few steps away from the best sunset viewpoint. BEDROOM My husband and I took the Double Room with Lake View, which has a queen bed and a private bathroom. Both areas, the bedroom and the bathroom, were super tidy and clean. Besides the basic toiletries, we were provided with two shower towels and a shower mat. We stayed 5 nights and we had cleaning service without any additional cost. The bedroom has a nice and pleasant temperature all day, and this is possible thanks to the bedroom's compact design, the wooden floor, the alpaca bedside rugs, and the hermetic windows. Also, the bed has enough blankets to keep you warm during the cold nights, which we consider important. BREAKFAST We had breakfast included, and we can say it's exactly what someone needs to yield physically while exploring the island, and of course, natural ingredients & yummy! (Basically: local herbs infusion, tea or coffee, natural orange juice, scrambled eggs, butter and jam, local bread).

JACHA INTI se encuentra en Isla de Sol y dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis. El alojamiento ofrece recepción 24 horas y mostrador de información turística. La atención, el desayuno, la ubicación, unas vistas espectaculares, facilidades de pago, las camas súper cómodas. El wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones y en la terraza tampoco la señal era excelente, pero resultó una oportunidad fantástica para desconectar y disfrutar plenamente del lugar.

Ubicación inmejorable, vistas al lago Titicaca desde la cama y desde la terraza. Habitación bonita y cómoda. Personal muy amable. Desayuno completo. Locales donde cenar cerca del alojamiento.

TITI QALA HOSTEL tiene zona de playa privada, terraza, restaurante y bar en Comunidad Challapampa. El alojamiento está a 2,6 km de Chinkana y Mama Ojjlla. Excelente ubicación, el anfitrión, Pablo, muy amable, me ayudó en todo lo que surgía. Desayuno bastante completo, lindas vistas. Cuenta con estufa, un detalle muy importante.

Quilla Wasi - ISLA DEL SOL se encuentra en Comunidad Yumani y dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Spacious, comfortable, modern rooms, with a great view. The lady working there was lovely and did everything to make our stay great.

Room was very spacious and super comfortable. Quiet. Bed was very large and comfortable. Great views. Breakfast was good too. They let us drop our bags at our room in the morning as we arrived off the boat around 10am. And it was great to not have to walk up the huge hill with our big packs, so location is perfect.

Hostal Inti Uma Kala, que tiene jardín y vistas a la ciudad, está en Comunidad Challapampa, a 2,8 km de Chinkana y Mama Ojjlla. The view of the hostel was amazing, especially for sunrise. Hot showers and comfortable beds.

Hosteria LAS ISLAS está en Comunidad Yumani y tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Cada habitación dispone de un patio con vistas al jardín. The owner 100%! Very helpful, lovely lady.
