It is a special and unique place with a hot tub and red couch sitting in the middle of a big room. The bed was ver comfy. Breakfast was outstanding.

Amazing spot, the devil is in the details and they did not skimp on all aspects of this unique build. I would definitely stay here again. The beds are great, very cute setup for a unique stay. Way better than a hotel for the same price. Any LOTR fan will be thrilled to stay here. A hobbiton without the trip to NZ
