I was offered an upgrade to a spectacular room, a lake view toom which was just amazing, I was given a small yet yummy birthday cake after an amazing dinner with Rose pettles all over my table. Also a gift of choice. I indulged in a facial, swam in the heated pool and took a sauna. After our checkout time we could stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Upon checkout we were given special alp water and a bus voucher to our next destination. This hotel stay was our most impressive and would certainly return.

Nice apartment with everything you need. We felt like home. We used the fondue pot for a magical family night. Amazing lake view when not foggy. Nice touch with the sweets next to coffee. Linen was good quality and the colour palette was so relaxing.

Loved the location by the lake, it was very quiet, would recommend it, only a short drive to Interlaken and the tourist must see places

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.
