Beautiful view to the lake,nice food,clean rooms

The hotel's location and closeness to Niederried regional train station (R70) is perfect! The view from our terrace was amazing. We had good bus\train connections all the time. The hotel is only 6mins from Interlaken West by train. For people enjoying some peace and quiet, this place is highly recommended. The whole Bernese Oberland is very beautiful to visit. For hikes, a number of easy trails are available as well as long ones. All have very good indications along the path and all easily accessible from the hotel. The staff and hotel manager were all extremely kind and helpful during our stay.

Everything. We even got free parking next to the hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and delicious. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome like at home.

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Close to train station to get to and from places. Warm and comfortable. View was amazing. Loved that we could store baggage.

Spacious room, comfy bed, free parking, communal kitchen, easy check in. For me, the bad reviews are highly unfair - ok, perhaps the decor is not according to the latest fashion, and the (beautiful wooden) floor squeaks here and there.- bur you get a lot for the price and is a certainly very good option in this area.

Good staff, clean rooms, good location

The apartment was complete, ha everything we needed to cook, hang out and sleep well. Comfortable, cozy, good heater. Soooo close to the train station and supermarket. The restaurant serves excellent food, opens Wednesday to Saturday.

This was really a great surprise. The staff were all so so so nice and friendly, we felt really good there! From the reception, to restaurant to breakfast, everyone was super nice. The hotel is beautiful, amazing view and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. This is really the type of 3* hotels that are much better than some 5* hotels. Also, we were traveling with our 3 dogs and they were welcome there, with bowls for them. Thank you!!

Amazing staff! We were wonderfully delighted by how warm and welcoming the staff were, from the receptionists to the breakfast attendants. We were spoiled by a hearty breakfast every morning that we looked forward to each night! We stayed in different hotels throughout our trip and Hotel Crystal was our absolute favorite.

There is no better hotel with a better atmosphere in Interlaken! I will always love to go back there!

Try to offer breakfast for muslims

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is literally steps away from the train. Even with the hotel being by the train station we didn’t hear any noise. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly. We had breakfast at the hotel every day, the food area was clean, food was made fresh and was promptly replenished. I personally loved the grilled vegetables. My wife really liked having assortment of cold and hot options. The staff is beyond amazing! We interacted with Eduardo at the front desk, Guido and Anna at the bar lounge. When we checked in Eduardo took the time to share what activities we could do with rain in interlaken, he also shared cameras of different areas nearby and made suggestions. Guido at the lounge is AMAZING!!! He made recommendations based on our time and was very genuine in his interactions. At the end of the day he would ask how everything was. Anna greeted us goodbye even from far away. It was a very personal stay, we are on our honeymoon and will cherish this stay in Essential by Dorint Interlaken West forever thanks to these 3 staff members.
