The hotel is in a secluded area by the water and it’s lovely and quiet, easy bus route into the towns and to get train transport. During my stay, the staff made me feel welcomed and there is an older gentleman who works in the restaurant area (does nights mostly, well during my stay anyways) has been working there a few years now! He was very lovely and made sure I was accommodated. I do highly recommend the hotel and chatting with the staff :)

Perfecto location. Used it as base camp to get to know the whole area around. Perfect service, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful, we got an upgrade to a nice corner room in the top floor of the new building, the room is really big, beautifully decorated, the bed super confortable, the bathroom was big with a very modern toilet, had a big balcony but the hotel has some renovations so we couldn’t use it. Maximiliano from the front desk gave us a great customer service always with an smile, also the cleaning ladies on the new building they were very nice and also the Spanish guy from the bar. Great location near train station and center. Breakfast had plenty of options, thanks for everything!

There is no better hotel with a better atmosphere in Interlaken! I will always love to go back there!

We stayed at Hotel Harder Minerva and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Tanya at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations about the city whenever we needed advice. We were also pleasantly surprised by the small thoughtful gifts prepared in our room such a lovely gesture. The breakfast was truly excellent, with a great variety and quality. Considering how expensive it can be to have breakfast outside in Switzerland, this was definitely a big advantage. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.

The location was fantastic. Room was really good with an outstanding view. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the train and bus.

The location is excellent, close to the Interlaken East and West stations. The place was very comfortable, super clean, and had beautiful mountain views.

Excellent view, excellent service, excellent food at the restaurant. Met the owner, he is very well behaved, very welcoming. Loved every bit of our stay.

The location of the hotel is near to the bus stop (two minutes walking) and the west train station. The staffs there are super nice!

Great location, underground carpark, nice breakfast, clean rooms.

They have different rooms with terrace and I managed to book the one I wanted to. They helped me to do so. Our room was just perfect for our stay: , clean, very sunny, wonderful view with a superb terrace and a big bathtub. Very nice, romantically furnished room and bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind beyond my expectations! They helped me to make a nice surprise to my friend's birthday and to make an unforgettable stay there. Breakfast is nice and the view is breath taking to the lakes and mountains. The pool and the sauna area is nice as well. We enjoyed staying there, too.

Everything is perfect, staffs are warm hearted, breakfast are delicious, and also the excellent lake view. Excellent location: 5min to Interlaken ost, 20min to brienz. The best hotel in my whole journey. If I travel in Switzerland again, it’s no doubt that I will choose this hotel once again. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was arranged perfectly every day. The room facilities were modern and worked very well, including lighting, heating/air-conditioning, and bathroom amenities. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.

Breakfast was great and we had enough space to open our luggages!!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Excellent location as well, just across Interlaken West station. Good selection of breakfast. And view from our room is insane!!
