Everything! The restaurant is delicious, the staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are soooooo cute & the easy access with the parking. It was GREAT.

Excellent small boutique style hotel with a breathtaking view of Brienz Lake. Friendly and accommodating staff as well. Most of all they had wall sockets matching for Australian and other countries. Walking distance from the train station.

there was a reading light, a table, a sofa and comfortable chairs. the room also had a terrace with sea view, chairs and a table. instead of the completely unnecessary television there was a radio with alarm function

Best location with the great view, soft bedding and nice staff.

It's location is pretty good. I was able to reach everywhere by walking. View was amazing from my window.

They have different rooms with terrace and I managed to book the one I wanted to. They helped me to do so. Our room was just perfect for our stay: , clean, very sunny, wonderful view with a superb terrace and a big bathtub. Very nice, romantically furnished room and bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind beyond my expectations! They helped me to make a nice surprise to my friend's birthday and to make an unforgettable stay there. Breakfast is nice and the view is breath taking to the lakes and mountains. The pool and the sauna area is nice as well. We enjoyed staying there, too.

It was surrounded by beautiful mountains. It was super clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the crafted wooden cows. Food was delicious. Everything was amazing. My kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again. Small present (wooden cows) was also amazing. Loved everything about the hotel. Highly recommended

Amazing view over the lake. The staff was very friendly and the room super clean. You can also swim in the lake. The bus that takes you to Interlaken is always on time. Very convenient location, I loved everything about it.

It is very central to all the attractions.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Can't fault the place.We've even got free cable car passes during our stay . Food was very nice too.Thank you for being so polite, helpful , and making us feel so welcomed . We will come back for sure.
