Everything was great. Reception, communication with them before and upon arrival. Room was perfect. The exhibition (Formel 1) and Aquarium excellent, great even for kids. Breakfast great, restaurant as well, evening bar and terrace too. Excellent service. Very good place in the heart of Switzerland, close to Jura, Bern, not far from A1 highway. Many opportunities to discover sourroundindg on a bike. Simply, exceptional !!

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very good, near the tram station. Breakfast also was very fresh and tasty. I will choose this hotel again.

The staff, friendly, made it easy for us by speaking a little English. The room was quite big and comfortable. The parking to leave the car. The breakfast, complete with many options to choose from.

The sink inside the room really makes my stay convenient. Very nice view and very near with the iconic waterfall. The hotel already informed us about the pub during night but the noise isn’t so loud and we had a very nice sleep for 2 nights during our stay.

The location is wow, a proper Swiss place to stay in. The lady at the reception took me personally to the room and showed every single thing in the building that could have came handy to me. I was impressed by her kindness to show me around, doesn’t happen often, it was like entering her own house, I got treated like a real guest.

I like the interior design something different. Room are clean and big... quite place and very private. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. Staff are very kind and amazing... thnak you

Great location, so close to train station

Hotel was situated not too far from old city,and lots of grocery stores around the corner. Bus stop was also across the hotel if you did not want to walk to the city centre. Good breakfast and clean facilities. Very comfortable beds as well

This was really a great surprise. The staff were all so so so nice and friendly, we felt really good there! From the reception, to restaurant to breakfast, everyone was super nice. The hotel is beautiful, amazing view and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. This is really the type of 3* hotels that are much better than some 5* hotels. Also, we were traveling with our 3 dogs and they were welcome there, with bowls for them. Thank you!!
