The accommodation was exactly as advertised. The hosts were gracious and let me check in at 12:00, which was a huge bonus after overnight travel. The apartment was spotless and had all the needed amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect easy check in system, very Clean and safe place & good staff. The apartment has everything & We booked 4 apartments for two nights the building with the train station I thought the railway side rooms are little noisy but no sound I heard while in the room trains are very very silent best stay for this year😊

My one night stay was perfect. Overall check in, meal and breakfast was all good. The staff were lovely, secure parking for my motorbike and good room. The location was further away from the centre but I was aware of that. The road to and from the city was a lovely route.

The highest floor is very beautiful, my room was very simple but also very cheap-and clean.

We loved the place. So confortable and clean. The kids room it’s really cool, it’s upstairts but they let us to eat there meanwhile our kid was playing, is so cool they have an indoor playground . They were so nice with us. Thanks!

The interior and choice of colour

From the rooftop bar to the exceptional gym our stay here was perfect. Breakfast was very good and everything was very clean and tidy. The free transport app was also an added bonus to see around Bern and further.

Amazing location in the city center, parking is nearby (3-5 min walk) for 20 CHF per day complementary to staying. Very nice stuff, cute coffee bar within the hotel. Light breakfast is included, for us this was enough. Extremely clean bathroom. Value for money is incredible.

The warmth of the stuff and the authentic local atmosphere of the hotel were undeniably exceptional!! Everything welcomed us with a huge smile and were accommodating for each request or changes. Royal treatment and perfection in every interaction with staff. We had dinner at their restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint and it was a curated experience. Would definitely recommend

not only UNIQUE by name but TRULLY! and I make myself clear... What makes it unique was firstly the personnel (all of the them and specially Stefanie!) eager to help in everything(they even responded immediately for a small problem with coffe machine) , for the parking place , for information needed etc. Secondly the decoration, the atmosphere and the background music (which was very well chosen and could be heard all over the hotel) makes it so relaxing and warm-cosy Another thing is the location which is so quiet, with the garden around and only 15 min walking from city center! In the spacy room there were many facilities ,coffe machine, closet, welcome tray with apples and water! , many towels., VERY comfortable mattress and pillows.. , tasty furniture and table, TV, fridge, nice view with big windows and other... the entrance,the floors and the restaurant area was very well decorated mainly with objects related to jazz history and music.. making the stay very pleasant... the bus stop is opposite the hotel for those interested in. the food at the restaurant was very good Everywhere was extremely clean!

We could see aeroplanes and helicopters taking off from the room balcony!

nice location, great breakfast

We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. You made our stay very very memorable indeed *love

The room was so cute and very clean. Situated very well in the city to walk anywhere. The breakfast was outstanding and the Front desk staff were very kind, funny and personable! I cant wait to return!

1. Hotel location near the train station and Bärenplatz which is convenient for having coffee, lunch or dinner. 2. Reception is very kind and introduce the good restaurant 3. Room is comfortable
