The staff is helpful very clean place. I recommend it.

Value for money Literally next to Bern Wandrof Station. Easy to go to anywhere. Stay at studio with kitchen which is seriously a plus plus plus. Quiet small but enough for 2 adult and 1 children age below 6. Self check in but very easy to follow instructions. Recommend for other and boom early as very fast booked hotel/service apartment. For muslim bring extra cloth to cover the bathroom door as it is an glass door.

I have been coming to Bern regularly for years and always look here first. It's a great value and just a really nice, welcoming place. It's a short bus ride from the station, or a lovely walk across one of the bridges (take a picture)! I appreciate very much the simplicity, and love the free breakfast. If you are staying for longer, you can also go to the grocery store and use the kitchen downstairs

Great location right next to a bus stop and only 10.minutes from the old town.

Very happy with this accomodation, rooms were a great size and bathrooms were very clean and modern. The kitchen and lounge area are fantastic. Owner is very friendly

Where clean what we need all in there

Everything was good. The apartment was of top quality that you would expect. Close to a train station, supermarket and bus service. Note it is 10mins bius ride form bern centre bit the transport system is good. The host was very friendly and was always there to help.

nice location, great breakfast

From the rooftop bar to the exceptional gym our stay here was perfect. Breakfast was very good and everything was very clean and tidy. The free transport app was also an added bonus to see around Bern and further.

We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. You made our stay very very memorable indeed *love

The room was so cute and very clean. Situated very well in the city to walk anywhere. The breakfast was outstanding and the Front desk staff were very kind, funny and personable! I cant wait to return!

1. Hotel location near the train station and Bärenplatz which is convenient for having coffee, lunch or dinner. 2. Reception is very kind and introduce the good restaurant 3. Room is comfortable

What I liked most was the night receptionist! Such a wonderful gentleman with lots of humour. He was very kind and helpful too! The hotel exceeded my expectations except for the lack of cooked eggs. Only boiled eggs were available. Other than that, everything was super clean, rooms were spacious and up to standards. Cleanliness in all the hotel. The location which is very peaceful surrounding may trees and parks and only a 10 minute tram journey to the centre. Stop in the road behind the hotel. Parking was included too which was a great bonus. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Free parking, very accessible to parts of Berm via public transport. The staff was super helpful to advise us on the Bern app where we could download free passes for bus, train and some attractions free passes. Many good place nearby to have meals as well. Breakfast was the usual Swiss cold cuts with breads & cereals, but they also served a variety of seasonal fruits. This place is very traditional, and lovely. I strongly recommend and will also come back if I'm back to Bern.

100 yards from tram stop, only 15 mins from Bern centre, pretty location

The warmth of the stuff and the authentic local atmosphere of the hotel were undeniably exceptional!! Everything welcomed us with a huge smile and were accommodating for each request or changes. Royal treatment and perfection in every interaction with staff. We had dinner at their restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint and it was a curated experience. Would definitely recommend

It was situated just front of the river, with big terrace windows facing the river, so in the morning you could see the bears in the bear park which is just actoss the river. There was a stairs to go swimming just few steps around the corner and there was 3 waterproof backpacks for swimming, which was dangerous if you haven’t done such thing before but everyone were floating by, and the river is not too deep. The apartment was really nice ans stylish, plenty of room. The kitchen was superb and well equipt to the infant feeding utencils. On nearby restaurant Suresh, you’ll get 50%!!!! Of the price as the Sonnen Loft guest, and it was very nice dinnerlace, owned by a srilanka man.

Maxine is a wonderful host, very kind and accommodating. The apartment is spacious and in a perfect location.
