Beautiful hotel inside and outside, with very nice and caring staff. The location and view toward the square is unmatchable with any others. The food and restaurant qualities are good, and the atmosphere is nice. I traveled with my dog and was very impressed to see the preparations that were made to the room to accommodate his stay (Dog bed, food station, dog cookies, and a sign to hang at the door, when he's left in the room alone)

Excellent location at the foot of the ski lift. Booked because it was dog friendly (although we didn’t then take the dogs). Excellent and plentiful breakfast, including Easter eggs for Easter weekend - a nice touch. Bonus that the spa is included.

This is a huge hotel, with an enormous bar, and spacious spa area. Our room was enormous. The staff were very friendly. The surrounding area is stunning, and you are in a great location for walking. The hotel is dog friendly.

The property is really nice and clean, perfect location for all the famous hikes, the view from balcony is stunning. Ula is absolutely amazing, always available to answer your question any questions and to help. Also, the property is dog friendly and accepted our two dogs. Cannot recommend enough! Looking forward to come back to tackle the hikes we didn't managed to squeeze in our short stay.

Amazing location, nice bunk bed, very dog friendly

Great location for being a connection into Bern city. Very comfortable bed and smart design. We brought our cat, so really appreciated the pets allowed option. It was as also nice and quiet with great sound-proofing, which helped us and our cat relax while staying.

The most dog friendly hotel ever, not only from the description! Pets are welcome also in restaurant, during breakfast our dog get home made snacks and fresh water. Water bowls on the entrance, a display case with dog supplies in the lobby. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from station. Windows view was beatiful, breakfast generous and coffee delicious. For me one of the best places we've stayed in. For sure we will come back!
