The restaurant. A special thanks to Ricardo Soares and his staff, so kind and so thoughtful. Food was great, and the hotel has a really good vibe. Definitely recommend this one if you are staying in Interlaken, it’s not far from the centre and Interlaken Ost station. Loved everything about it, very clean and cosy, and very traditional too.

We booked superior room with pretty view, and the room is comfortable to stay. Appreciate the excellent coffee and scrambled egg provided at breakfast, and nice staff. It’s more close to Interlaken west station, Unterseen but it’s ok to us as it’s more value for price. Can use microwave and fridge at their public lounge area.

We loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in a junior suite for 3 nights. We watched the sunrise from our balcony every morning accompanied by the sounds of birds. The bed was comfortable. There were many closets in the room. The hotel was newly renovated. There were many options for Muslims at breakfast. Every morning we ate salmon and eggs that Mr. Peter brought to our table by the lake. There was a path next to the hotel where we could walk and only meet local people. We walked by the lake accompanied by the sounds of birds. There was also a separate section with sun loungers where you could enter the lake. The hotel is right next to the ferry pier. Parking is free. We would also like to thank Mr. Peter and the hotel owner, Mrs. Michel, who took special care of everything in the hotel.

The hotel is at an excellent location and it takes only 5 minutes to walk from the Interlaken West train station to the hotel. There is a bus stop at hardly 1 minute walk from the hotel which made commuting really easy. The best part is that the staff is super friendly & helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options (hot & cold) to choose from. In addition, the hotel had complementary coffee and cake in the lobby every evening for anyone to come and enjoy. The hotel and its staff had all the necessary information to visit the attractions in and around Interlaken which helped a lot.

The hotel is in a secluded area by the water and it’s lovely and quiet, easy bus route into the towns and to get train transport. During my stay, the staff made me feel welcomed and there is an older gentleman who works in the restaurant area (does nights mostly, well during my stay anyways) has been working there a few years now! He was very lovely and made sure I was accommodated. I do highly recommend the hotel and chatting with the staff :)

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city...

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city where supermarket, stores, restaurants are located. easy to get there by public transportation by train or bus from train main station (interlaken ost). also the location is close to lauterbrunen for sking and getting view of hills and snow during winter if there is no snow in interlaken or wilderswil

Hotel is fair. Nice view and off the tourist are Big dissapointmnet was i left an airpillow in the room and asked them to mail it back to me. They agreed for a fee which i duly wired and paid but never receive the pillow Big dissapointment Esp when i showed them the wire transfer as well

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains.

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains. Plenty of places to explore, lots of great places for eating and shopping. Gardens in the city are very pretty. Lots of people paragliding if that’s your thing. Visited Aareschlucht Gorge which was amazing. Definitely worth a trip and only around $12 Swiss franks.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

It has the best location and beautiful scenic views to offer, with peace and calmness. The apartment is quite old but was clean and has comfy beds.We only stayed there for one night but will remember the lovely views of the lake from the kitchen window .

The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. As with other major cities in Switzerland, we used Interlaken as a base for daily trips. Whilst we spent our days away from Interlaken, it was nice to return "home" at the end of the day. Our accommodation was so welcoming. Also, many shops and restaurants were open late and this was lovely for evening strolls and relaxing drinks. Public transport was very close, very regular and always on time.
