We loved absolutely everything about our stay here and have only great things to say. Richard and Tania are so incredibly warm and welcoming, we felt just like we were guests in their home. Our room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake and mountains from our balcony, and everything was decorated with a personal touch. The breakfast service was such a lovely way to start our day as well, with delicious fresh brewed coffee and a beautiful spread including custom prepared eggs. The location is perfect because it is so peaceful on Brienz and just a quick 5min drive into Interlaken for the fun of the city. This is also makes a great home-base for day trips in the surrounding areas. They provide good information on popular hikes and activities nearby and were so kind to help out with dinner recommendations and provide us with a travel pass for the area. This was truly the best experience and we can not wait to come back!

The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are high quality and the pillows are very comfortable. There is a coffee machine in the room, with chocolates offered. It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

The hotel is located in the mountains so the ride there is really beautiful. The reception and other staff members were polite and gave an additional information what to visit. The view from the room was just magnificent. The breakfast was very tasty. We went to the restaurant as well and the overall experience was really amazing. It smelled so good in the saunas, really herbal.

We absolutely love the location and the room. The hotel is by the lake and the view is amazing. The hotel also provides free boat and bus passes and there’s a dock right infront of the hotel where the boat will take you to Interlaken West. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

An amazing property situated next to Ringgenberg pier. Great staff, service exceeded expectations. The surprise was the "garden". Awesome setup overlooking Lake Brienz. Will definitely recommend this property for a long/short stay.

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city...

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city where supermarket, stores, restaurants are located. easy to get there by public transportation by train or bus from train main station (interlaken ost). also the location is close to lauterbrunen for sking and getting view of hills and snow during winter if there is no snow in interlaken or wilderswil

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains.

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains. Plenty of places to explore, lots of great places for eating and shopping. Gardens in the city are very pretty. Lots of people paragliding if that’s your thing. Visited Aareschlucht Gorge which was amazing. Definitely worth a trip and only around $12 Swiss franks.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

As with other major cities in Switzerland, we used Interlaken as a base for daily trips. Whilst we spent our days away from Interlaken, it was nice to return "home" at the end of the day. Our accommodation was so welcoming. Also, many shops and restaurants were open late and this was lovely for evening strolls and relaxing drinks. Public transport was very close, very regular and always on time.

Hotel Jungfrau located at the foot hill of the snow clad peaks in a small village makes it an alluring location. The place is quiet and very scenic. The Staff courteous and food delicious. Great experience and fantastic stay 👍👏👏👏
