We spent 4 nights here in a beautiful room with lake view. The landscape is wonderful, no words to describe it. The location is really good for those who travel by train and bus. The train station is about 5-10 minutes away via the main street - we don't recommend the shortcut because there is no light there in the evening. The room is simple, clean and cozy and warm enough for winter. The beds are pretty comfortable. We were also happy with the breakfast - nothing too fancy but enough to choose from. Very professional and polite staff. We were allowed to self checkin because our train arrived pretty late and the procedure was smooth. Overall, we think it is a good choice and we would go back on any ocasion. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was arranged perfectly every day. Breakfast with amazing view Location was excellent, at city center of Interlaken, right opposite of train station. everything at the tip of your finger. room was really nice. spacious, full of light. nice view of the mountain. The staff was super friendly and helpful. they also give out tickets to ride buses for free. We had our car with us so we did not have to use them. If you don't have a car with you this is an amazing offer since they give it to you for free. If you are travelling with your own car, the hotel has dedicated parking spot which you can pay for. We parked in the hotel parking spot and it was super convenient. You can easily get to anyplace from this hotel (restaurants, supershop, shoppoing, meeting spot for day tours). finally a big shout out to the girl at the reception (don't know her name) and the lady at the breakfast. Both were really nice and helpful. a big thanks :)
