The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was arranged perfectly every day. The location is fabulous. It's the best thing about this hotel. The mountain landscapes are beautiful. Bus station is pretty close to the hotel and the bus timetable is reliable. The buses take you to Interlaken city centre very fast. The village of Wilderswil is very beautiful and safe. The locals are also kind and some even say hello when you walk past them. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels. It was very convenient and complete. The personnel of the hotel is really professional and friendly. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind and informative about the best areas to visit. The cleaning staff always say hello with a smile and cleaned the room very well. Job well done. Thank you to everyone there. Perfect stay! 10/10.
