We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

The hotel was in an amazing location, right on the lake. The staff were professional, helpful, and exceptionally pleasant. We arrived earlier than expected, and they welcomed us without any issues at all. The room was spacious and perfectly located. As for breakfast, we can’t comment since we left early each morning and didn’t get the chance to try it. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area — highly recommended!

The room is spacious, warm and well equipped. The location is superb in between the two train stations and there is a bus stop right in front of the place. They have facilities such as laundry, a small shop to buy essential stuff even late at night, a small nook for books to read all available based on trust. You use the service or take the items and you record them for charges later. Breakfast is good too.

A spacious and spotless clean apartment. The breathtaking view is profoundly impressive (unfortunately even the best pictures cannot accurately represent this). The SPA amenities are amazing, clean and included in price. The parking garage was across the corridor, just a few steps away.

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city...

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city where supermarket, stores, restaurants are located. easy to get there by public transportation by train or bus from train main station (interlaken ost). also the location is close to lauterbrunen for sking and getting view of hills and snow during winter if there is no snow in interlaken or wilderswil

Hotel is fair. Nice view and off the tourist are Big dissapointmnet was i left an airpillow in the room and asked them to mail it back to me. They agreed for a fee which i duly wired and paid but never receive the pillow Big dissapointment Esp when i showed them the wire transfer as well

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains.

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains. Plenty of places to explore, lots of great places for eating and shopping. Gardens in the city are very pretty. Lots of people paragliding if that’s your thing. Visited Aareschlucht Gorge which was amazing. Definitely worth a trip and only around $12 Swiss franks.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

It has the best location and beautiful scenic views to offer, with peace and calmness. The apartment is quite old but was clean and has comfy beds.We only stayed there for one night but will remember the lovely views of the lake from the kitchen window .

The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. As with other major cities in Switzerland, we used...

As with other major cities in Switzerland, we used Interlaken as a base for daily trips. Whilst we spent our days away from Interlaken, it was nice to return "home" at the end of the day. Our accommodation was so welcoming. Also, many shops and restaurants were open late and this was lovely for evening strolls and relaxing drinks. Public transport was very close, very regular and always on time.
