The restaurant. A special thanks to Ricardo Soares and his staff, so kind and so thoughtful. Food was great, and the hotel has a really good vibe. Definitely recommend this one if you are staying in Interlaken, it’s not far from the centre and Interlaken Ost station. Loved everything about it, very clean and cosy, and very traditional too.

This place is stunning, the views are literally out of this world, sooo amazing! We stayed in a 1st floor room with the balcony, but it is more of a terrace. We could not have asked for a better place to live during our holidays. The bus, train and ferry stations are all 3-minute walk from the hotel, yet area is so calm and relaxing. We will definetely come back soon. It is a magical place for sure.

We had a memorable stay and will return for sure. It is quintessential rural Switzerland at its finest-- with the gentle sound of cowbells ringing through the valley. Note that if you have roller bag, you really need to use their transport service, and the road getting up is quite steep -- but it is totally worth it. Oliver and Sarah made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the beautiful views out our window, the snacks and juices in the room and the fantastic breakfast. We also were wowed by Oliver's cooking and thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Hotel on both nights of our stay. With so many hiking trails right outside the door, we would have loved to stay for weeks!

The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

The Jungfrau was everything I hoped: typical Swiss hotel, in a lovely and quiet village, and it had such friendly and efficient staff everywhere, front desk, breakfast, housekeeping... The room is cozy, clean and comfortable, with a few charming details that make the guests feel at home. Wilderswil has beautiful houses, flowers everywhere (in spring), and the locals I met were so polite and welcoming. There is even a small grocery store that opens on Sundays! The hotel is also very close to the train station, quite convenient, and it also has an adorable cow statue at the entrance, it's a mandatory picture! :) There is a small stable close by, with a few (real) cows too, which makes the bucolic landscape a dream come true. I will stay again at the Jungfrau, whenever I'm back in the Interlaken region.

Great location overlooking the lake. Bus into Interlaken is at the front door and also a 2 minute walk. I had a room looking out over the lake which was roomy and had plenty of natural light. The breakfast was excellent hot and cold buffet. Dinner menus excellent at an additional cost. The host Sandra is very friendly and helpful with information.

This is a unique place, with a nice vibe, staff, equipment and nice clean territory. We stayed in glamping, with our own parking spot. You can stay with your tent, or mobile home. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I made a mistake in a booking (wrong month) and they resolved my issue without any problem. Totally I recommend to stay.

The Jungfrau Travel Pass is well worth the money as it provides for: trains; buses; funiculars; & cable cars, to all the beautiful venues of that stunning region. Please ensure that you receive your free Guest Card from your Hotel as it allows free travel on all (very frequent) Buses in the Interlaken area. Also free to some Museums etc. We ate where we stayed (Hotel Restaurant Hirschen), as the menu & wine list were excellent, with superb service. It is a very popular eating place in Interlaken and can cater for many. Next door to Hotel Restaurant Hirschen is a sports shop which provides many sporting activities from walking to mountain biking to para-gliding

wilderswil is very close to the center of interlaken city where supermarket, stores, restaurants are located. easy to get there by public transportation by train or bus from train main station (interlaken ost). also the location is close to lauterbrunen for sking and getting view of hills and snow during winter if there is no snow in interlaken or wilderswil

Magical place for scenery of the river and mountains. Plenty of places to explore, lots of great places for eating and shopping. Gardens in the city are very pretty. Lots of people paragliding if that’s your thing. Visited Aareschlucht Gorge which was amazing. Definitely worth a trip and only around $12 Swiss franks.

Our trip to Beatenberg was absolutely perfect, and honestly, it felt far too short! Traveling with young children can be a challenge, but this destination made it seamless. The highlights for us were definitely the wellness and dining options. The sauna and spa facilities provided a world-class relaxation experience after a day of exploring. When it comes to food, the restaurant served gourmet-level meals that impressed us every night. The breakfast was equally exceptional—an extensive, high-quality spread that was the perfect start to our mornings. Getting around was easy, and the views of the Alps are unbeatable. We highly recommend visiting the Beatus Cave and taking the funicular up the Niederhorn—both are fantastic for kids. We can't wait to come back!"

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

We did not spend any time in Därlingen as we were skiing in Grindelwald every day but looks like a very cosy little village, specially during the summer as there is a small harbour with sailing boats etc..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

Excellent stay! Carina and Christian we’re brilliant.

Excellent stay! Carina and Christian we’re brilliant. Room was ready before check in. We arrived two hours early so just wanted to dump our bags and go but Christian checked if the room was ready and it was so he let us check in 2 hours earlier which was amazing. Both very friendly. We had drinks in our room in the evening and they always gave us ice and glass whenever we asked. Only fall back of this location is that the last bus to the hotel in Habkern from Interlaken west is at 7.05pm. If you miss that, the only way to the hotel is a cab which is a 19 min ride but costs 40th f. We got hit so beware. Other than that it is an amazing place to stay with amazing views and you also see the cows parade outside.

Interlaken is a lovely town to visit.

Interlaken is a lovely town to visit. It's location close to the mountains does make the view, well, awesome. It suffers a little from being touristy, but mostly that's in its favour. It's perfectly located for trips to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Jungfraujoch, etc. to be aware - Most of the town shops, bars etc seemed to be closer to Interlaken West station that Interlaken Ost. Buses and trains ran regular from all, and always prompt, clean and tidy.
