Villa Rossella ligger i Locarno, 7 minuters promenad från Piazza Grande Locarno, och har en terrass, rökfria rum, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en bar. The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

Wonderful and helpful staff, which was exceptionally friendly and professional, provided very helpful tips for stay/ area/ outings, with great communication. Learned, that the building has a lot of interesting history. Impeccably clean place. Spacious room and bathroom. Tasty, high quality and varied breakfast. Located in a (quiet, high quality) pedestrian zone, but accessible by car to drop off bags. Just a very short walk to the lakeside promenade, with lots of restaurants, and the boat landing. We had a great couple of days there and loved the area.
