This was our best stay in Chile. Every traveler would wish for such hosts and JC and his wife! They picked us up at the bus station, explained everything that we asked, were super helpful and provided an excellent breakfast. We would stay there again, if we ever visited. They have 2 cute dogs and a pool area, where you can chill. The kitchen is well equipped and you can even wash your clothes. Thank you so much again for your hospitality!

The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Featuring free WiFi access, Hostal Graciela offers accommodations only 50 metres from the city centre of Pucón, 3 blocks from Enjoy Casino and 4 blocks from Playa Grande Beach. The location was great, within walking distance of the bus terminal and the center as well as the lake. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful (different breads, fruit/vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices). A wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
