They even allowed us to take a shower after the checkout when we returned from our hike. It really feels like they love being the hosts and having guests.

The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Hostal Graciela erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, bara 50 meter från Pucóns centrum, 3 kvarter från Enjoy Casino och 4 kvarter från stranden Playa Grande. The location was great, within walking distance of the bus terminal and the center as well as the lake. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful (different breads, fruit/vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices). A wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
