Our bus was severely delayed so we arrived at 2AM, which was no problem at all. She even gave us a bit of a room upgrade. Really warm welcome after a long day of traveling. Clean rooms & nice breakfast too.

The bed is excellent, super comfortable, which really matters when plans change and long days are involved. The loft itself is cozy, clean, quiet, and very well thought out — a perfect place to reset. The staff is outstanding: incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us during an unexpected situation, and that kind of support makes a huge difference when traveling for work. Great location, great comfort, and even better people. We will 100% come back next time we’re in Punta Arenas. Highly recommended.
