The best staff, I was stuck on both a sim and exchange and they did it for me so quickly! They also helped book all my tours! They stood out so much! Andrea In particular was soooo kind and helpful with all the questions I asked! They upgraded me to a king room in their sister hotel Oz Hotel, it was clean and so nice! Def come stay here!
