I have spent a wonderful 4-day stay at Sofitel Calablanca and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, always willing to assist with a smile. The premises are beautifully maintained, and my room offered a breathtaking view of the pools and a pristine beach. My mornings were made special with early strolls along the beach, followed by delicious breakfasts at Cala Blanca restaurant. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to William and Juan for their impeccable service; they truly made me feel welcomed and at home. A special mention must go to Yuris Torreglosa from housekeeping, who ensured our lodging was neat and comfortable every day, she is no doubt a great asset for Sofitel. The thoughtful touch of red fruits tea each day was a delightful treat that added to the overall excellence of my stay. I leave Sofitel Calablanca with nothing but gratitude for their wonderful work. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made my journey a truly memorable one. Thank you to all the staff, and I look forward to my next visit.

Situated in Cartagena de Indias, 150 metres the nearest beach, Oz Hotel Luxury features air-conditioned accommodation and a bar. The Luxury Hotel offers excellent service. Like other guests, we were offered an upgrade to our room in the Luxury Tower, located just one block from the hotel. It's a truly good hotel. The rooms are new and very spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent; it's buffet-style and offers a wide variety of foods, including juices, fruits, breads, pastries, and more. The staff is also very helpful and ready to help at any time. They truly reflect the friendliness of Colombia. Additionally, they even provide towels to take on sightseeing trips and to the resorts. I had a very good stay at this hotel. I would definitely come back.

The staff is so nice of friendly they go above and beyond the duties to make sure everything very comfortable. And I'm a birthday. They brought me a small cake to my room. It was totally unexpected thanks OZ hotel👍

Boasting a charming terrace with a pool, Hotel Balovento is set in a modern building in the Bocagrande neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach. Free WiFi and parking are available. Everything was clean and the room super comfortable. All members of the staff are really kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The pool is actually a decent size to cool off and is kept clean.
