This is a beach club. Expect some poolside activity and loud music. Check their Instagram page before booking so you won’t be one of those disappointed want-to-be-secluded-couples… We were completely aware of this and our family with 3 little ones enjoyed every second of it including moments of romantic and quiet stay. Once the day crowds are gone at 5pm it turns to an even more amazing place. The staff were so accommodating for every need much more than we were expecting. Food is great no dish disappointed. Either poolside or cabañas are always priority for guests over day-pass visitors so don’t worry. Communication for every room service need with WhatsApp was flawless. Ocean is a bit choppy but you can find rockless entrance spots. We will definitely return. Thanks Dani y Jorge

What is not to like. These guys did it right, for a solo traveller I am well aware I’m not of much value the hotel compared to the couples that should stay here. However I have never been treated so well by any place I’ve ever been. They literally waited on me hand and foot, always with a smile and a bit of cheek that was really well received. The beach option was so much classier than any other options I saw around and it was executed very well. The room I was given was so exclusive and private, it was almost like a mini house. Although the hotel I was told didn’t have a laundry facility they still cleaned my clothes for me. I would also have to request for my room to be cleaned, I personally loved this touch as it negates any awkward situations when a room is regularly cleaned at say 11am everyday. The food served here was good if not great, there is a little bit of room to improve on some dishes however overall just an excellent experience. Personally the pancakes were a favourite of mine. Finally I loved how the hotel ensured an English speaking staff member on site at all times, and would even send them to pick me up from the beach in Cartagena. Again a really self aware touch for a place that is clearly not the biggest hotel.

We had a great time here. It's easy to get to by boat, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They ensure you have a really enjoyful, relaxed and stressfree time. The rooms are clean and we had plenty of space with our 1.5 year old daughter. The pool is cleaned every day and there's a separate small pool for toddlers. The beach in front is very nice, and you have a rather private area for your stuff. During weekdays, it is almost a private beach since there are no day tourists! The food was really good, it's very tasty and you definitely get your money's worth. The common area is generally very chill, with a couple of hammocks. We brought a mosquito net on our one and used it. We always bring one in Colombia to places like this to be safe, especially with a child.

Great, quiet location on the main part of the island. Accessible from Cartagena so great for a night or two away from the city. Staff always ready to help out and lend their services. Delicious, inexpensive food and drink (on site). Comfortable chairs for lounging and easy private beach access.

We stayed in the glamping tents for two nights. They are very spacious and are fitted with air conditioners and fans to keep them cool. All of the facilities and the campsite are very clean. The staff are very friendly. The food was amazing. It has a beautiful view of the Cartagena city at night! It’s very tranquil and a nice place to relax.
