Wow, what an amazing stay! Great service from the start. The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was so incredibly attentive and kind. The rooms were very clean- comfortable bed, AC worked well, nice hot showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and working TV. We also had to check out early for a tour and they stored our luggage and had a bathroom for us to shower and change afterwards. The lobby was also clean, always greeted with a smile and great service! Kareem was amazing. We had an issue with our tour and he went above and beyond with helping us. He also sent us a list of recommendations for the island. Very helpful and informative! Definitely would stay here again especially with the staff.

I loved the style of the place and how peaceful it is, but what bumped our stay up from very good to WONDERFUL was the attentiveness of their exceptional concierge, Andrés. He helped us with everything from recommending activities on the island based on our interests, to getting a water basin for my mom to soak her swollen feet in. He went above and beyond in everything. Here are a few more examples: +He alerted the cooking crew of my pineapple food allergy the day before, so I didn’t have to at breakfast the next day. +He had adjusted the water temperature of the pool to perfection. +He showed us where to dry our damp clothes because they weren’t drying by hanging them overnight in our rooms. +He booked taxis for us and got up super early to meet the drivers at the door, alerting us as to their arrival. +He stayed up late enough to help us with whatever we might need. +I saw that he was just as attentive to all other guests as he was to us. I don’t know how one person can do so much! +The authentic Italian pizza place he recommended was very good and their delivery was fast. +He even recommended my new favorite ice-cream flavor, “Maracuyá con Dulce de Leche”! +Andrés was personable, professional, well-informed, quick, flexible, respectful, and kind. Other things we liked: +We booked ZABA for a fair price on booking.com. +Everything was clean, neat, and well-maintained. +They offer affordable food, snacks and drinks from their kitchen bar area. +Their breakfasts are good and varied. +Their cooks are pleasant and accommodating.

Everything about Blue Lizard house was fantastic, the place is magical, the location is perfect, quiet, cozy and inviting, the pool is super relaxing, the breakfast is delicious. However, the best part were the owners, Liz and Luis, recommendations for activities all ready for us, they have everything we needed, drinks, scooters, bikes, snorkereling equipment, Luis took us to and from the airport, every need or questions we had, met and answer. Highly recommended.
