Situated in the heart of the Sancy mountain range and set next to Chambon Lake, this 3-star hotel is next to le Mont Dore Ski resort, 14 km from both Super-Besse Ski Resort and La Bourboule Spa... Margaux is the perfect host, the apartment was wonderful with every facility one needs. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the apartment's dedicated deck were fabulous. Very dog friendly and central to the wonderful scenery of the Auvergne and Cantal. We could not fault our stay and will return.

Set in a house of the 15th century located next to a river, right in the middle of the Gorges du Tarn area, hotel Château de la Caze is a typical castle from a fairytale and is surrounded by golden... The castle , the rooms, the food was excellent. The staff very good and friendly. Always wanted to stay in a castle once in my life and this one did not disappoint. You have to have the dinner experience, so so good. The breakfast was also very good and buffet style. It was raining and even we still had a wonderful time.

Chez Nicole et Patrick is a recently renovated apartment in Chouvigny, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The view, the comfy beds, the hostess and their friendly dog, full boxes of toys upon arrival (legoes and cars for our boys, plus sets of drawing since they learnt ours like to draw❤️). Check in at 16h but they are nice to let us come 2 hours in advance, we end up extending a night cos the kids wouldn’t want to leave anymore. The pictures didn’t do the place justice, you can see the chateau de chouvigny right above the property, the property was actually a dépendance of the castle once. Very nice and calm place to stay.
