少し早めについてしまったけれど、チェックインの時間も柔軟に対応してくれたし、コーヒーマシンと水のマシンがあって一日中自由に飲めたことはありがたかった。着いてすぐお茶が飲めた時にはホッとした。質問にも迅速に答えてくれて、スタッフの対応もとても良かった。館内は清潔感もあるし、全体的に洗練されていて居心地が良い。４Fの部屋には天窓もついていた。近くにサクッと食べられる美味しいパスタ屋さんもあり、電車の駅にもトラムの駅にも近い。旧港までもすぐ行ける。
