Easy access to the beach and the town, with all of its shops and facilities. Parking was plentiful and free. Breakfast was home cooked to order and was delicious. The room was very clean and tidy and warm. Bathroom was compact but has everything needed and was very clean. Would recommend to others and would stay there again when in Lowestoft.
