Communication with host was first rate. Apartment spotless. Everything that you needed was there. I broke my arm in Crete on way to property so I had to sleep on couch. Very comfortable sleep. Short walk to town centre where there are lots of coffee/eating options . Chios hospital excellent .!!!

To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

The house was spotless and well-organized, with clear instructions for everything. Its proximity to the city was a major plus, making it convenient to explore. Highly recommend!

GK Apartment has a balcony and is situated in Chios, within just 600 metres of Archaeological Museum Of Chios and less than 1 km of Port of Chios. Amazing location, you're literally right in the centre! And the space was beautiful, really comfortable, and the roof terrace was incredible.
