The location is superb, since it is close to both Mylopotas beach and the Chora by foot, making it so accessible. The view of the apartment is spectacular overseeing the Mylopotas beach and last but not least Evangelia the host is so friendly and hospitable that she is doing everything she can to make you feel at home! Highly recommended!!

Our stay at Marias Rooms was truly perfect. The location was perfect. The room was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Maria kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The bathroom was also very clean and made everything even more enjoyable. Every little detail was thought of. A special thank you to Maria, who was absolutely amazing, warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and attention truly made a difference and played a huge part in making our stay so memorable. We are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Gianemma is set in Mylopotas, just 150 metres from the beach. Ios Town is just 1 km away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We spent just a day there on a short trip from Santorini. Yanna welcomed us and suggested we spend sometime by the pool until our apartment is ready thing we did. View from the infinity pool was amazing. We asked where we can have some lunch delivered and she recommended "Mageirio" which was pretty good and good price. As for our apartment how amazing this was! Clean and very tastefully decorated, brand new and a fully equipped kitchen. Our son really enjoyed the little private pool and shower water flow was very good. Overall a convenient location, friendly staff and fantastic apartment.
