The staff was amazing, very kind and always trying to help out if needed. They were very friendly and extremely hard-working. The rooms are very clean. The staff change the towels and the bed sheets every 2 days, which is very good. There is a railway in front of the hotel, but when the train passes by, it's not bothering at all. Our opinion. The breakfast was ok. The parking lots were many, so it worked out for everyone coming. We had a great stay here during the 10 days and we thank the staff for everything! A very kind and amazing family which deserves a lot of respect.

Everything was spotlessly clean, the location is ideal – close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. One of the absolute highlights was the coffee at the hotel’s café Mikel – probably the best coffee I’ve ever had! The hotel offers free private parking with a security ramp, which made things very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable during the entire stay. I also really enjoyed the beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing with a drink or coffee. Wonderful experience overall – I’ll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A big fridge was perfect for self-catering, plus an electric hob to do cooking. Bathroom is a good size and very powerful shower. Fresh towels were delivered if you needed them too. You have a lovely outdoor space outside your room for having breakfast on the veranda, or a chilled out drink after dinner whilst playing some cards. The hosts were super friendly, professional and very welcoming. The location is brilliant - just 30 seconds to the beach, and in the other direction 30 seconds to the supermarkets, bakery and tavernas. Absolutely loved our visit and would definitely return again.
