Location is great. Near the seafront (you have sea view from the balcony) and near the city centre. Apartment is modern and nicely decorated. There is a great bakery next door and a ton of cafes and restaurant all within short walking distance. The apartment block is next to the multi-storey car park. Quite expensive but convenient. You can park nearby for free but it is luck if you find a parking spot.

Situated in Volos, 200 metres from Alykes Beach and 8.1 km from Panthessaliko Stadium, Sea end Sun offers air conditioning.

Beautiful, clean and equipped apartment with everything you need. A bottle of water, coffee, tea was waiting for us. A huge terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, and the host was extremely kind. We found the keys easily. When we arrived there was no light and the elevator was not working. The host immediately called the authorities and informed us that everything would be fixed up by tomorrow, and so it was. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the whole apartment has an extremely positive energy and for every recommendation,
