Great location in Volos, a short walk away from lots of cafes/ restaurants and the waterfront area. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, well equipped and had a huge balcony. There’s a covered parking area in the back (though it can be a bit tricky to maneuver if you’re the last to arrive, as it’s quite tight).

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were spotless. The size of the rooms was bigger than expected. Shower very modern. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. Strongly recommended.

Amazing views Great location on the top of the mountain, takes about 45 minutes to drive down. Breakfast A place to sit down and order a beer No AC - don't get discouraged, up there in the mountains it gets cold at night even when down in Volos it is 35 degrees (August). So AC isn't needed.

Overall, the hotel is very good and truly deserves its four-star rating. We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.One of the highlights is the beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, and the waterfront promenade. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the port, the ferry terminal, the city center, as well as many restaurants and bars. The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels and toiletries were replaced daily, exactly as expected from a hotel of this standard.

Very good location. Close to the ferry port. Check in was quick and hassle free. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

It's up in a high mountain place which had amazing view. There wwere 2 parking places which was ok but you need to be a bit careful with the car. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of good information and places to visit which was worth it a lot. We really appreciate the time that they spent with us on giving some historical details and very nice information about the city. The breakfast options were excellent.

An amazing overnight stay at a small hotel with a soul. The staff is amazing and helpful, the room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing! The room was also very comfy and had everything we needed for the night. If you are contemplating on booking a property close to the port with sea views that is within the travel budget, this should definitely on your list.

Lovely owners and great location. Really good breakfast, with a variety of handmade cakes and also continental options. Private parking just in the centre of the town. The room was spacious and clean with garden view. Highly recommended

The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary utilities, clean and tidy. The hotel is located at a central part of Volos, hence, everything was at walking distance (supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants etc). Breakfast was also good and served until 10.30am. Finally, the staff was nice, welcoming and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Nefeli to prospective visitors!
