Staff are amazing. The breakfast is unreal. They put so much time and effort into making your stay pleasant. Flexible check in and out so no worries with ferry timing. The owner helped us rent a car which was dropped off and picked up from the hotel. Rooms are clean and showers are modern. Pool is sparking plus you are steps away from the beach. Would stay at again. 11/10. The amazing breakfast spread was the additional point.

Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

The staff were fantastic. The cleaning/maintenance crew were also amazing. The facilities were incredibly nice. They also offered us a free shuttle service and stopped off at a grocery store so we could pick up supplies. The location was incredible - pictures don't do it justice.

Katarina and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

Great location. Quiet but almost on the beach. Great owners. Beautiful self contained villa. Serifos is a hidden gem.

Property was lovely, easily accessible from Livadi but at the same time super tranquil. All the apartments were beautifully built in harmony with nature and especially the terrace outside the flat was extremely enjoyable. Dimitris, the owner, was a great host and very kind and available person.

Vassilia on the beach Serifos ligger ved stranden i Livadakia, et stenkast fra Livadakia Strand, og har en bar. It's a family business, everyone is so nice, social, offering help.... i loved the place, it's like in the photos, front/access to the beach livadakia, clean house with a kitchen and tools. The location is incredible, the harbour is just 5 minutes walking, it's safe. Locals are nice, joyful with a good energy. The food in the hotel restaurant is incredible, try their omelette, crepes and burger. I will definitely come again. I recommand it. They also offered me a ride from/to the harbour when i came/went. Thank you so much for everything.
