Lovely staff, helpful and friendly but not in your face. Fabulous breakfasts (we didn't need lunch they were so large) - prettily presented and straight to your door. Very comfortable bed. Nice living area and good strong shower. 100m walk from the beach - we could see the sea from our room 203. And a short walk to lots of tavernas and choice of mini markets - either on the beach or in the port. Pretty propery, very clean. IT set up very good. WiFi excellent.

Great location, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the room was great! We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend Petteo! Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

Situated in Livadion, a few steps from Livadi Beach, kyma studios features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the city. Amazing place. We woke up every morning with the view over the water, making coffee and waiting impatiently for the little cake of the owner. The room was very clean and well put together. The owner was very kind and even drove us because we had a lot of luggage! Friendly cats and comfy outdoor chairs to relax.

Property was lovely, easily accessible from Livadi but at the same time super tranquil. All the apartments were beautifully built in harmony with nature and especially the terrace outside the flat was extremely enjoyable. Dimitris, the owner, was a great host and very kind and available person.

It's a family business, everyone is so nice, social, offering help.... i loved the place, it's like in the photos, front/access to the beach livadakia, clean house with a kitchen and tools. The location is incredible, the harbour is just 5 minutes walking, it's safe. Locals are nice, joyful with a good energy. The food in the hotel restaurant is incredible, try their omelette, crepes and burger. I will definitely come again. I recommand it. They also offered me a ride from/to the harbour when i came/went. Thank you so much for everything.
