The location was excellent and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Troy was excellent host and she helped us a lot with our staying. But it needs more things for staying in like a pool or a gym.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and we had some drinks at the pool bar which were really nice. Location was ideal and rooms had everything we needed. Pool was always clean.

Before arrival the owner contacted us multiple times to make sure that all our wished could be managed. At arrival the owners mother was waiting for us. The apartment is very large and very very clean! There is airco in all rooms and a full equipped kitchen was also in the apartment, although we didn't use it. Every morning a nice breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients. Every morning different prepared fresh eggs. Breakfast is served in a lovely inside garden. The apartment is just a few minutes walking from both port and taverns. If we would return to Spetses, it will definitely be in Spetses Center Comfy Apartments! Much thanks to the owner and her mother for some lovely days at Spetses.

Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!
