The entire layout and furnishing of the apartment is thoughtful and well-planned. The photos really do not do justice. The actual apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long-term stay and good for solo or couple travellers to Batam. Check-in was really smooth. We simply collected the keys from the security guard who proceeded to take a photo of the passport details. You do not need to bring soap, shampoo and towels when you stay at this apartment but you might need to bring a hairdryer if you require it. I was not able to find a hairdryer in the apartment.

Beds were comfortable Room was very clean Toilets were clean too Provided towels and soap as well Aircon was strong too Many charging points around Apartment was well guarded at main gate Owner was responsive, allowed early check in and even delivered toilet rolls when we had not enough.
