The most beautiful lodge we had the pleasure to stay at! Nested in the jungle, it felt like a dream to relax listening to the sound of the forest. Everything is beautiful at the Jungle Guide, and the staff is very kind and helpful. We even had the chance to listen to some of them playing the guitar and singing, it was lovely! I can't recommend it enough!

Everything. It's cozy, colourful, joyfu. They are all very helpful and kind, they can suggest or arrange tours and transportation. Thank you for having me, sharing dinners and advices. They have very cute rescued cats. Oh and tea and coffee if you want them anytime of the day. Perfect.

Rambai Tree Jungle Lodges - Family Friendly ligger i Bukit Lawang og har en have, terrasse og massagebehandlinger samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Overnatningsstedet har aftenunderholdning og roomservice. The owner helped us to arrange the guide and airport taxi before arrival! When we arrived, my friend was not feeling well so the owner managed to change the duration of the trek and suggest other activities. Also, she managed to extend the stay and we kept the same room (from 1 night to 4 nights). We were pleased with nice food and hospitality like delivering food or tea to our room! Our room was upgraded to the family room which was more accessible from the river. I highly recommend this place!

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us ligger ved stranden i Bukit Lawang og har en bar. Her er en terrasse, gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. Amazing place! Nabil and Alek are super helpful to organize everything, and the jungle trek was exceptional! Mershy is such a great guide (ask for him!), we spotted a lot of animals... special mention for the food during the trek (thanks Manto!)

Santi Garden Bungalows ligger i Iboih, 2 minutters gang fra Pantai Iboih Strand, og har en have, et privat strandområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Santi, Martin and Robi made me feel welcome from the beginning. The Bungalow was surrounded with beautiful trees and very close to the pier where I enjoyed my morning swim. The Bungalow has everything you need: hammock, sitting area, moskito-net, even a kettle and plenty of water. It's clean, comfy and you can listen to the sounds of nature. Santi, Martin and Robi had a lot of knowledge and they are happy to help you to make you stay as enjoyable as possible. I will come back for sure - it was such a Paradise 10/10. Terima kasih banyak!

SeaGate Bungalows ligger i Sabang og har en have, privat strandområde, en terrasse og restaurant. Gæsterne har adgang til en varm kilde og biludlejning. The owners Yuyun and Borja see hundreds of tourists every year but have the gift of making everyone feel special. Location, facilities and food were excellent. Breakfast and dinner at La Boca Chica restaurant, which is part of SeaGate, were the best part of our day.

Hos Orangutan Bungalow i Bukit Lawang er der bjergudsigt, gratis cykler, en have, en terrasse, en restaurant og grillfaciliteter. Der er gratis wi-fi. Everything! Staff is very nice and helpful. Property is clean. just outside of bungalow we some Thomas Leaf Monkey and in the evening even Orangutan! Very nice stay, good value for money, food is good, view is wonderful 10/10

Sahnan Guest House ligger i Bukit Lawang og har en have, terrasse og restaurant samt gratis wi-fi overalt. If you want to have a good time and SEE ORANGUTANS this is the place, the team (we had two guides) knows the place like the palm of their hand, they split and search, thus, 2x chance to see orangs!! I consider this an unbeatable technique. While on our tour, we met some people that told us they saw 2 orangs in 2 days, a couple that saw 1 in their whole tour, we saw 8 orangs in just 6 hours or so!! first we saw a teen orang that started following us from the tree tops, then we crossed paths with a mama orang and her baby orang, then a single male adult, then a couple male-female, one more young adult and, THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN A LONG TIME, we were tubing back down the river to the guest house and we saw this HUGE orang, it looked almost 2m and like +200lbs Breakfast was good, super good KopiSusu, omelette, banana pancakes, everything was delicious!

We arrive at midnight, the owner was super kind, welcome us in a happy and warm mood, we had a late diner at their restaurant, their homemade curry. This is not a joke, it was one of the most tasty and delicious curry in our life. The lodge was super super clean, bed was confortable, sleeped well.

Kokos Hostel Padang City ligger i Padang og har en udendørs swimmingpool, have, et fælles opholdsområde og terrasse. Overnatningsstedet ligger 2 km fra Pantai Samudra Strand og har en bar. The owner was so kind and the location was perfectly placed in the city, not too loud but not too quiet. I only stayed one night but would’ve been happy to stay longer.
