We stayed one week at this beachfront hotel in Gokarna and truly loved it. Guru, the owner, is incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The place is calm, peaceful, and perfect for resting, especially with children — very kids-friendly. What really makes the difference compared to other hotels is that they happily help you carry your luggage from the main road. There are only a few meters to walk on a sandy path, which is very easy and accessible. You can eat and relax on site at very affordable prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay by the sea.

Everything was perfect in Avira homestay. Very well managed, very confortable, and very clean. The family took lot of care about me and they were very much kind and flexible. The location is also very convenient if you are looking for nice walks along the beach, as you get to a really nice beach in 10 minutes walk. I could have not been in a better place in Mangalore. Thanks very very much.

The outdoor dastarkhan (a short table with beds on all sides ) with the lights is just breathtaking to just sit , have a drink and just chat with other travellers. The whole stay has a homely vibe to it, and the host Sakhi is such a warm person to interact with.
