We found a summary tour by tuk-tuk very helpful to orient us on the first day.

If you are on your way to Varkala as we were, you won’t find any place to stay like this!! It’s super clean, excellent food in fact we decided we wanted lunch at 2 pm and this was no problem they just needed an hour notice to gather ingredients and it’s all made from scratch. Superb!! Lovely pool area. Very tranquil and quiet. If you do want to go along the beach to have lunch it’s quite a walk but nice. There are a few beach shacks but our advice is stay put! Let Maxon the manager and his wonderful staff look after you. It’s super quiet which at first was a shock but we arrived in Varkala and realised how much nicer Murari beach is! Especially the cleanliness!! Watch the sunset from the beach outside. Sit on the chairs and chill. It’s magical.

Amazing stay! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great tips about the area. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the location made it easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend this place!
