The house is located opposite the Anzio train station, 10 minutes from the sea. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need. Simona is a very hospitable hostess, she is always ready to help. I definitely recommend this place.

We were two couples and stayed for one night before our cruise, and I can highly recommend this place. The suites are wonderful, the location is excellent—just a 10‑minute walk to the pickup point for the cruise shuttle—and the rooms are spotless, new, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the bathroom modern, and the amenities thoughtful: a coffee machine, fresh fruit, and water were a very nice welcome from the owner. We also enjoyed the delicious croissants and yogurt provided for breakfast. The owner was extremely kind and arranged our transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, this suite offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Casa Romano SeaFront ligger mindre än 1 km från Lungomare della Salute strand i Fiumicino och erbjuder rum med luftkonditionering och gratis WiFi. An excellent place to stay beside the sea. We loved it. The shower is fantastic. Joshua also provides a great ‘transfer service’ to the Airport.

The host was very helpful. Reception was seamless. Easy to understand and the host was always accessible. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, wine stores, and some items we needed to purchase. The room was meticulous and everything worked perfectly. The free transport to the port was a pleasant surprise and much effort was made to make sure we arrived on time.

New House ligger i Fiumicino och erbjuder strandnära boende med bland annat en trädgård, en egen strand och en terrass. Focene strand ligger 16 minuters promenad bort. Michela it's a wonderful host, she's attentive to the details and she wants to help you if you need her. The room was clean, with multiple towels, and everything we need for 3 days. The kitchen was open 24 h, not just for breakfast, which was a plus. We hope to return someday.

The backyard was amazing...a cup of coffee and sitting in the backyard was unimaginable with view off flight take off and landing....and the staff was very good ...he was sooo helpful....

In my opinian, this small vacation house is one of the best choise, near the sea and not far from Rome, on thery reasonabil price. Also there is a big market with fresh seafood not far from house. Transfer from/to aeroport is also a big plus. Host is always ready to help you, thank you Fausto and your wonderful family for help and great vacation!

Wonderful ambiance, everything in perfect shape, super friendly and nice landlords, very helpful. Wonderful common area for a light breakfast or coffee . Very nice (small) room, extremely nicely furnished, great bathroom!
