This was a 10/10 stay. Francesca was beyond lovely, she was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions really fast on the app. Our dogs were welcome, and they gave us dog beds and dog bowls! What a lovely touch! Francesca then helped us find somewhere open for dinner. The room was big, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I can't recommend this place enough. Grazie Mille Francesca!

Great meet and greet. The room was equipped with everything you wanted and stuff you didn't know you needed! Complementary bottle of fizz and water when we arrived and fresh pastries and bread on the doorstep when we woke up. The view was outstanding. Although we had a studio, it was very roomy with floor to ceiling windows that slid open to take in the sea view. A very comfortable bed aided for a good night's sleep. Also, the rooms are soundproof, so no noise from outside Highly recommend 100%

Staff make you feel like home, from the reception to the housekeeping. They were caring and so friendly and professional. We got served a welcome drink on arrival, which was a great touch. They can organise anything for you, from car transfers to boat trips. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of italiand breads, sweets, cheeses and meats, as well as some hot options. Room was spacious and clean, with a great view and all the facilities we needed. Location was perfect, right across from the beach, near many restaurants and about 100 metresfr the ferry terminal, which goes to Portofino, Santa Margherita and other beaches. During our stay, there was also a special drinks / finger food happy hour event organised by the hotel, which was a great opportunity to meet staff and other guests. Highly recommended.

Luxurious hotel which exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, amenities and comfort. The warm and attentive staff, especially during breakfast went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The receptionists were also generous and had upgraded us to a wonderful Sea-view room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Even though we visited during the winter period, they had an outdoor heated swimming pool functioning with amazing view of the sea (infinity pool).

These were the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen. The property is a beautifully converted old villa, finished to a high standard and located right on the promenade. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor — highly recommended.
