United StatesGreat location, beautiful views, wonderful helpful staff, large complete breakfast with fresh eggs, fruit, hot croissants, meats, cheeses, sweets, coffees, etc! Lovely dinner poolside, close drive or shuttle to the port for shops and restaurants, took boat to Fortune Beach. Magnifico. We asked for room with only a few stairs, some rooms have more stairs. Highly Recommend this hotel. Ponza is beautiful.

The housekeeping staff arranged our kids' stuffed animals, giving them a little surprise when we came back to the room. The big question - would I return: Yes, I would stay here again.

The location of the room is perfect: right on the main street of Ponza facing the sea. Many, many shops, bars, restaurants, and boats for excursions are less than 5 minutes on foot. The proprietor of the property is friendly, offered us discounts for boat trips, was amenable to changing towels every other day, and was available to suggest the nicest beaches and restaurants.

The location was amazing, the setting was lovely and the beautiful plants and terrace. Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for two couples and two kids. Lots of lovely outdoor space. The beach below was one of the best on the island. Perfect for toddlers. We ate at a nice restaurant in the town which is also walkable

Nice large terrace with the view. Friendly staff offering an early checkin free of charge. Walking distance to some restaurants and grocery stores. Also only ca 15-20 min walkt to the most beatiful rocky beaches (Natural Pools and La Caletta).

Perfect location, very helpful staff, the room has everything you need, the capacity of cosmetics in the bathroom could be larger, the room also lacks an opening window, which requires the use of air conditioning also at night, and this is not a good solution for everyone, but otherwise no objections . I sincerely recommend it!

I really love the place and it was extra local feeling when they only speak Italian. We did manage to understand each other well anyways. Love place driven by the family. Perfect location and very smooth check-in/out.

1 - The people from the agency are very kind and ready to help. 2 - Appartement is very clean, nice decor, very calm (no noisy at all), good to relax. The lady who do the cleaning everyday is very attentive and kind. 3 - The view from the balcony's appartement is really impressive, very beautiful environment (beach, island, turquoise see). 4 - The bed is very confortable. 5 - Near the appart. there are 3 supermarkets (groceries) and 3 restaurants. The experience was very positive!

Amazing viewing and great for keeping your exercise up by using the nearly 300 steps to reach the beach.........Well worth it!!

Perfect location, really good breakfast, Carlo was super helpful with recommendations of where to visit on the island, restaurants, booked our boat trips etc and made the holiday very easy. You can also rent bikes/scooters from the bnb for touring the island

The staff was very nice, he really made us feel at home.
The view and the facility was incredible, we even had dinner there a few times since there was an open kitchen available with everything you’ll need.
The location is near to the most beautiful beaches in ponza.
The breakfast was really good mostly because everthing was fresh and made personally by the owner Luigi.
Everything was great and met our expectations.
We really recommend it!!

The hotel was in a great location for glorious sunset views and they had such friendly staff. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. It made it very hard to want to leave the hotel because you just wanted to stay there the whole time.
