United KingdomLoved everything about this hotel. Staff were all kind and friendly. At check in they took time to find out what our plans were for our trip and then advised us where to catch buses we needed. I enjoyed breakfast and thought there was a good selection of different food groups . Room was nicely decorated and had air con, balcony , safe, fridge. Lovely terrace on 3rd floor with gorgeous views. Pools were lovely with a large unheated pool and a small heated pool. Snack bar by pool is good value . Great location as a few minutes,walk to the beach. All the facilities you need within about a 5 to 10 minute walk.

RomaniaWe had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The place looks exactly like in the photos, and everything was clean and tidy — daily cleaning was a big plus. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp and shared great recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, and even helpful tips for getting ferry tickets and other practical info we needed.
The only suggestion we would have is to maybe add one or two extra chairs, either on the balcony or in the room, for a bit more comfort.
Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Property is situated in the perfect location. Max 10 minute walk from the docks, and a lovely walk through the beautiful town. You are on top of the beach, which is perfect for being able to just run down for a quick swim! This was the best air conditioning I’ve ever experienced, and in the Italian summer heat, it sure is welcome. The best thing about this property, however, was the lovely staff who were so kind and helpful. This was also the best breakfast spread I have ever seen at a hotel that serves the standard continental!

The location was great: close to all Citara beaches and Poseidon spa park, but also right next to the bus station to get to other parts of the island and the port. The room was spacious and pleasant, with magnificent views over the Citara Bay.
Special thanks to Francesco for his tremendous hospitality, attentiveness to all guests and homey atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend Casa del Sol to everyone who plans to go on a seaside vacation to Ischia.

Excellent location, close to the seaside, restaurants, the train station is 15mins away up the hill, ferries are 1min away too. The owner is really helpful and communicative, speaks good English (which is very rare in this part of Italy based on our experiences).

- The location is amazing. Incredible sunsets, 30sec away from the beach, bus stop and restaurants (+small grocery store) close by.
- Beach club and cool vibes during the day, very calm in the morning or after the musics stops at 9pm.
- Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Especially Paolo and Andrea were outstanding!! They were always up for a joke and had great recommendations.
- cute (and alaways hungry) dog named Pepe:) the master of cuteness
- it is a place where you can really relax and enjoy dolce far niente

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for to experience Ischia, the location straight on the beach was perfect and a very short walk to all the exceptional restaurants and great access to the bus terminal and port for exploring other parts of the island and nearby Prochida. For us the price was great value, the staff were exceptionally helpful and the cleaning staff were fantastic I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere before where the room has been cleaned and towels changed daily.

The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and bus stops. I had a room with a balcony and view of the ocean which was fantastic; witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the comfort of my own bed. The hotel manager offered some great advice on sights to see and the easiest way to get to them.

It's location just gorgeous, the garden is very well maintained (mediterran feeling), the bed was ultra comfy.
There are 3 beautiful pool. The breakfast was just perfect, scrambled eggs, hams, also plenty of sweet things, you can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice.
It's located close to one of our best beach on the island.

It was an amazing stay, the breakfast is very complete, beautiful sea views and sunsets, just a few meters from Citara Beach. The staff was very attentive. Everything was great!
