The receptionist's attention in helping us with where to go to eat and what to visit in Ischia. The place is fantastic and the views are incredible. I recommend it and will return to spend more days.

The staff were friendly. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Close to the port and staff were able to give us lots of restaurant recommendations. We had an issue with water leaking in our bathroom and it was sorted within five minutes of calling. Lots of sun beds and hammocks to hang out on too.

I loved this place and was sad to leave. The location was perfect, near the harbour and town centre and train station. The apartment was very nicely decorated and brand new. I thought it was perfect.

Everything was perfect! The spa was quite magnificent. Extremely comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, shower was superb. The location was very manageable by foot and close to everything you would want to see. The host went out of his way to assist me with transporting my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed.

Everything … The staff's fabulous smiles when we arrived were priceless, their friendliness, eagerness to help, and 'can-do' attitude made our stay unforgettable. We booked a seaview room (201), (not a spa room, I am sure they are better again) and it was exactly as pictured and immaculate with a large shower. We had a delicious breakfast and bar meal. The hotel is in a prime beachfront location.
