It was a really nice accommodation. Super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the nice view. We could see the sea and the volcano from the terrace. There basic needs like water, milk and coffee were already there, they keep everything clean and give new towels every day. When you arrive or check-out take a taxi (golf car, much fun) for a small fee so you don’t have to walk with your luggage. But everything is on walking distance, even with kids.

Located 200 metres from the Fico Grande volcanic-sand beach, Pedra Residence is an Aeolian-style property with a free gym. Set in a peaceful garden, it offers a furnished sun terrace with sea-views.

Amazing place!! The home is spotless, large and very roomy! The view is spectacular and it is wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the world go by. We were very comfortable, everything was close, the supermarket, the restaurants, and pharmacy. It was everything we could ever want.

The pictures of hotel doesnt show the real picture. Its actually much prettier and very beautiful. Amazing garden, surroudings, location and views.

A big hug to the reception staffs Lueia & Emanueld and all the staffs in this hotel. They are really really warm hearted and helpful . Super location with 2mins to the port and 5mins to the city center , clean and air conditioned room 24h hot water and room service . Sea view with double glazed window , quite room . Beautiful location with nice restaurants nearby. You can wander around the streets and view the vulcano from the sundeck which is the real beauty of this home. Outside is beautifully done. Spacious place. Shower was very good with good pressure. Owner is very quick in responding.

Location on beachfront, incredible sea panorama - you can watch the sunrise and listen to the sound of the waves … There s friendly grey cat who lives here too! She liked to get water and cuddles from us. The place is equipped with its own Barbecue and we enjoyed grilling fresh fish or sausages on various occasions ☺️. There are large comfortable terraces with outdoor dining and sunbathing surrounded by tall exotic plants creating privacy. I loved the excellent cooking stove and variety of kitchenware as well as the soothing marine house colors … Check in/ out at the hotel nearby where you can also order a huge range of takeaway food when needed 😉

The hosts are the loveliest people. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They really made us feel at home. The location is very central, near the port and beach. We had a beautiful views of the volcano at the back and sea at the front. Really exceptional.

Quiet, on the beach, private patio area, large rooms, kitchen, great restaurant immediately next door (but not noisy or otherwise bothersome), 10% off restaurant and bar at Hotel Ossidiana, 1 min walk for pastries in morning, washing machine, grocery store 5 min away. 1 min walk to ferry. Able to leave luggage at Hotel Ossidiana prior to check in. Take a night boat to see volcano...a must see. Fantastic swimming beach.
